Guy at from desk kept us waiting for 20 min before he came out to help. Then when we asked if we can check in just 2 hours early, he did not even check the availability on the computer he just very risky said check in is at 3pm no exceptions. Room had many issues: bathroom sink clogged, frig leaked water and the room floor was wet in the middle of the night, the balcony shutters were broken and missing pieces making light come in room. AC was not working and you had to leave balcony open to bring air but that made it so hard to sleep because of the noise coming from the street. Tiles through out the hotel were moving under your feet as you walk making it very trip hazard. Overall the worse experience. Never again

Very simple and clean. Location is excellent. Ricardo and Aleix were very friendly and helpful. Being a health-nut, I was disappointed that they had a plastic water boiler. If they’d replaced that with a glass or at least metal one, our stay would have been perfect. Overall, very pleasant. Would stay here again.

We had great staff service but lthe aircon didn't work for 2 nights 35+ we were shifted to a suite on the 4th floor and aircon still poor! Staff apologised as waiting for maintenance team to fix, they gave us a fan on the second night.

This little hotel is perfectly located a few short steps from La Rambla Street. Turn left and walk to high end shopping and turn right on rambla street to find bars and restaurants and fun things to see and do. Staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Natalia and Angel at the front desk. They helped us navigate Barcelona. We did not add breckfast as there are tons of dining options along La Rambla street. I will be back next time we travel to Barcelona

Honest review: very well located, cool lobby space, though no bar for drinks, just water and tea, there is plenty of food and drinking options around. As per the room, I got the basic Expedia price and they usually place you at the rooms in the back or 1st floors or in this case it was the 1st floor room facing the ventilation shaft :/ (trust me). The room looks cool but also outdated, and smelled like they were covering up a dirty room with a sort of nice smell but the room was not as well cleaned and the restroom as well, they need to do a better job cleaning the rooms and updating them they are kinda old by today’s standards . Overall they need to work on cleanliness, updating, a clean space is not about the smell but about all that is around and you can smell it.

This is a hotel where we have stayed before. It is a very clean and modern hotel. The staff are amazing and it is very well situated just around the corner from the top of Las Ramblas.

This property is close to 2 Metro lines and relatively close to everything you would want to see and do when in BCN. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I opted to purchase breakfast each morning which had plenty hot and cold open room as well as several drink choices. The only downside is that I needed to request a room change due to a faulty Air Conditioning in my original room. Come to find out they will be upgrading during the off season prior to next summer allegedly. Would definitely recommend.

Block and a half from subway with both metro and R Trains. R Train took us to airport with no transfer. Close to lots of sights. Nice room and great breakfast. Only drawback was when we were there AC went out for our room during hot weather.

This is an excellent hotel in a pooular area. Surrounded by much more expensive hotels. Efficient, friendly staff. Very clean and well laid out. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Very good breakfast buffet (extra cost), and staff wll make special requests, such as omelets. I'll stay here again.

I am requesting a refund for my stay. Due to persistent issues, I had to change rooms three times. On the first day, I changed my room because the one assigned to me had windows that could not be opened. Additionally, the hotel used a strong air freshener, likely to mask odors. When I switched rooms, I encountered the same issue—the window could be opened, but it was cold, so I left the window open for ventilation. The next day, after the air freshener's effect faded, I noticed a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it was from the room or outside, as I had opened the window. However, last night, the smell became so unbearable that I couldn’t stay in the room. I informed reception, and after inspecting the room, they confirmed the odor and moved me to a third room. Unfortunately, the new room had the same issue—strong air fresheners masking the sewer smell. This is unacceptable, as such issues pose serious health risks. I paid significantly for this stay and feel misled about the hotel's conditions. Hotels.com should remove this hotel, as it fails to meet basic hospitality standards. They also have a responsibility to verify hotels before listing them. Given these circumstances, I request a full refund for my stay. Please let me know how to proceed. Best regards, Nasrin

We had a wonderful stay! It was our first time in Barcelona, and this hotel was a great choice. It’s centrally located, with easy access to shops and bars. Most places are within walking distance, but the hotel is also well-connected by public transport. The staff couldn’t have been kinder. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with champagne and a thoughtful note, making our stay even more special. If we return to Barcelona, we would definitely stay here again!
