Reception hours are Monday through Friday and Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM; Saturday hours are 8 AM to 1 PM and 4 PM to 9 PM. During the winter season, the reception is closed on Wednesday. Guests planning to arrive outside of these hours must contact the hotel in advance. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. Due to COVID-19, access to the pool is available by reservation only.
