Amazing balcony! The apartment is right on the beach and has a stunning view of the sea. The jacuzzi is a bit falling apart but apart from that everything was lovely.

The view was spectacular! Unfortunately the apartment is run down and really needs to be updated. Absolutely no amenities. One roll of toilet paper for 2 bedrooms for 3 nights. The apartment was not very clean, the kitchen was very hard to maneuver in. The fridge outside was disgusting. The bedrooms had no blankets. No hand soap and the shampoo bottles didn’t work. The location was great, lots of good restaurants. Good grocery store just a quick drive away.

Very modern and comfortable apartment. I was surprised at the size of the apartment with room for 3 or 4 Adults. The apartment was overlooking the Altea bay club and was a short drive to Altea town. A car is essential to get around the area with limited public transportation available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend and possibly return in the future.

The apartment was very nice with a nice view, the beach is a bit of a let down pebbles and loads of little bits of seaweed everywhere that sticks to you a right pain. You need transport because there are no shops can't get nothing apart from a french stick. The mini market sells drinks and ice cream.

Parking with elevator extremely narrow and very tight to maneuver to exit. Sorry close on me when I was approaching scratching the front of the car. Receptionist is not at the apartments building which makes it hard to access. Front of the apartments is very restricted all private property and only acres to a small beach is acceptable. Towels were not change daily neithe paper toilet was replaced daily. I had to ask for paper toilet although my stay was almost a week.

Room: not cleaned, there are ants in the kitchen and spider webs near the television, shower is partially clogged and water builds up; the room door has vents above it which means you can hear people in the adjacent rooms and outside hallway. General: life only goes to 6th floor, the room does not look like the picture (be forewarned).

Re the apartment - We loved the big balcony with superb views. We enjoyed having a shower and a jacuzzi bath. We liked the quiet location and being near to The Greenwich Marina. It was very convenient being able to order at the Reception a baguette delivered each morning Re the area - We loved the small beach (Playa La Barreta) with excellent snorkelling only 30 paces from the property. There was more great snorkelling at Mascarat beach a 10 mins walk away. We mainly went to this area for the climbing and Morra de Toix is a 10 minute drive away with more crags an easy 30 mins or an hour away.

Liked the view of the sea. Didn't like the position of the swimming pool - always in shade.

Secluded pebble beach, crystal clear water, very few people, 10 min drive from Altea. The 2-bedroom apartment has everything a family needs. Gorgeous view from a very spacious balcony. Free parking limited, but you can park at the marina, 5 min walk, for 20 eur per day. Coffee shop, a couple of seafood restaurants, if you don't feel like driving to downtown Altea, lots of choices on waterfront. Loved it!

This is a wonderful property but, personally, I would only book here if I had a car because it is a ten-minute drive from the center of town and the closest supermarket is a fifteen-minute walk up a hill that San Francisco cable cars would struggle to climb. Also, I am not the type who fancies lying on a sandy beach and this was a plus because the beach is as rocky as a mountain in Colorado. That said, this was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced and we plan on returning next year. Gloria was at the reception desk and she was simply amazing. She had a wonderful personality, was extremely knowledgeable about the area and if you need anything, you only need to ask her once. The apartments are huge. The deck is also huge. In fact, the deck is as large as a bedroom and offers a 180-degree view of the harbor, sea and magnificent houses atop a hill. The air-conditioning system worked well as there are separate units in each room. You are provided a nice kitchen with every amenity you could want including a dishwasher, full refrigerator, washing machine and cutlery. These amenities are new. You get two bathrooms, ample toiletries and the beds were comfortable enough. It was terrific sleeping with the sliding doors to the master bedroom open. One of the elevators allows views of the harbor as you asend and I wish they would clean the windows because it would be a real treat.

Honestly the best value for money I’ve experienced. Accommodation is a little tired in places but really comfortable, clean and has everything you will need for self catering. Terrace huge with great views and lovely area. Car essential if staying here as area is pretty remote.
