The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff is very helpful. Air conditioning was a big plus given it was summer. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was great. Overall a great stay. Definitely recommend.

Great location and breakfast. A/C in our room only cooled the room down a little bit - so just a callout for people need cold rooms. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel and we'd stay there again.

We didn't like the fact that in order to get ice, you had to go down to the front desk, and they would get you it in a small bag. They forgot to call us a taxi, and it came 20 minutes late. Thr room was small but cool in the hot weather. Taxi's will rip you off at any chance.

Amazing hotel for the price. Staff were polite and helpful, and made everything easy for us. Only think that brings this from 5 start to a 4 star is there was no lock on the bathroom door. Other than that it was perfect.

Rialto hotel was a great hotel right in the middle of the Gothic district. It was close to restaurants and shops. Staff were very accommodating by taking our luggage when we arrived very early, so we could explore the city. Called cabs as needed and let us know when they arrived. They even helped carry our luggage to the cab. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again in the future.
