Close the central areas of Madrid, accessible by the local metro and buses as well. Key landmarks and locations are only 10-15 mins walk away from the hostel. An enjoyable stay made more fun by the lovely staff for their help!

It was beautiful but I think the lock system is bit weak, they can add some more reliable locks for the Cupboards.

The place /building and location was great. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and walking distance to almost everything needed. The only worst part are the beds. They shake too much. It's old style. Compared to other hostels, their bunk beds are cheap and trash. Get rid of those and change to better, non shaky, more sturdy then I'll give you 4 to 5 star review. Fyi- I moved to generator Madrid and they have wayyyyy better beds than this hostel.

En carpeta el trato de algunos empleados fue desagradable, nunca ofrecieron alguna via para solucionar nada, hasta hubo maltratos de palabras. El sistema de apertura del grifo es incómodo, la prioridad es el ahorro y no la satisfacción de los clientes, apenas 15 segundos en la ducha y a empujar de nuevo para otros 15 segundos, en el lavamanos para tibiar el agua necesitaba mantenerme de 10 minutos en adelante apretando el grifo. No volveré a hospedarme ahí y mucho menos recomebdarlo.

The staff at Room 007 were amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and super accommodating! The rooms are clean and comfortable! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Madrid!
