Sercotel Caspe

The hotel was in a good location, not far from the Metro so easy to get around Barcelona. The rooms were clean and a good size and the beds were comfortable. I would return to this hotel again.

Comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Closet space with shelving provided ample space. Could've used an extra blanket instead of just one bed sheet. Free welcome bottles of water, toothbrush/toothpaste, comb if you forgot anything. Has a gym in the basement with free water station. Close to sites or easy to get a taxi. Breakfast spread was phenomenal.

No nonsense hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast! The rooms are comfy and have everything you need. Close to everything. Highly recommend! The air conditioning worked great!

Great stay all round. Service was spot on too.

The door was broken all three days. We informed the staff and they did not fix it.

Very noisy! No soundproofing and a screaming baby and its screaming parents kept me awake all night long. Only one packet of coffee which seems stingy and the amenities are also very stingy. Staff is nice but understaffed. Battery in the safe was low so the safe didn’t work.

This property is in a good location and the staff is very friendly. The only thing was that the AC didn’t cool as much as we are used too. Granted it’s an older hotel and it was during a heat wave so I give it credit for that. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Super séjour, hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Gens gentils et serviables. Seul hic c’est le frigo qui n’était pas rempli mais le garçon au front desk m’a aidé et tout était parfait. Je recommande!

A decent hotel! beds are comfy and the location is great and central, staff are super helpful and polite too. only issue we ran into was with cleanliness. the rooms were immaculate but the bathrooms seemed a bit unclean, with mold surrounding certain parts of the bathroom. It’s described as a 4.2 star hotel which i think is quite generous but a good hotel regardless. air conditioning was great and easy to use. it was a 12 minute walk to Sagrada Família and about 15-20 minutes to get into the gothic quarter.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé et excellent déjeuner avec options santé. Ma seule critique est que l’air climatisé ne se rendait pas bien dans la salle de bain et il faisait chaud pour me coiffer les cheveux.

The staff were really excellent and helped out when I had a tricky situation. Bed was super comfy as well. The neighborhood is good as well, with an easy walk to Sagrada Familia as well.

I would say the overall experience is average here. We stayed for two nights. A few things to note. Room service is slow, we called for an Iron and an ironing board, it never came in time and we ended up heading out for the day before they ever came by. The beds don’t come with blankets/duvets, only a flat sheet. The blankets are inside the closet which we found odd. The bathroom has a spot to refill tissues which can be found on the wall, on top of the toilet (weird spot IMO), but it was left empty. We had to call room service again, this time they did actually come by and delivered a box of tissues to us. They should prepare the rooms a bit better. I more than likely wouldn’t choose to stay here again, I’d spend a little bit more and stay at a better establishment. This place isn’t a bad place if you’re looking for budget friendly.
