This is without doubt one of the best health spas in the world. The range of medical and other health professionals all in the one facility enable guests to have most needs catered for. All staff are extremely helpful and treat their guests interests are number one. Everyone who wants a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle should include this spa on their bucket list. We will be back again. It is that good.

Pristine, welcoming, very well thought out facility. A refreshing and rewarding experience wholly divorced from its surroundings. Zen.

After only 9 days I left the Sha Wellness Clinic totally de-stressed, de-toxed, slimmer, energised, glowing and happy. The suite was fabulous, the pool area stunning, 3 excellent menus depending on your level of diet, and the restaurant has gorgeous views of the mountains, the sea and nearby towns. An amazing hydrotherapy area with sauna, and several style of steam rooms. Programmes to suit all and a daily schedule of walking, yoga, pilates, lectures all come included. The staff are all such happy helpful young people that cannot do enough for you. One therapy I had was shatsu which was unknown to me, it is a relaxation therapy carried out in the water where the therapist massages and manipulates similar to shiatsu only carried out in the water. This therapy was extremely relaxing and beneficial. I also met some wonderful people. I travelled alone and there were lots of singles, both men and women as well as groups and couples. All in all a very good mix. i will definitely go back.

There are ao many treatments you could spend your holiday reading about them all ! But indulge as many are wonderful and the extra schedule of events is wonderful too. Beautiful views

I have stayed at SHA ten times in the last few years and I have to say that, despite all their efforts, it is not improving. Blocked shower, lumpy pillows, no cover on the duvet, waiting an hour for room service, etc. But the worst is the high staff turnover (particularly among therapists) and the reduced quality of the food. The macrobiotic food is the number 1 reason to return to this place and although still better than most hotels, the quality is going downhill and so is the variety. It pains me to say it, but I'm not sure I will go back.

Delicious and unusual food. Best tuna and swordfish ever. Loved the scrambled tofu for breakfast. Restaurant service not always perfect, but overall friendly. Lovely views from hotel and suite. Very impressed by macrobiotic gastronomie. Enjoyed tai chi, lectures, found aqua aerobics dull and Pilates challenging! Unfortunately being allergic to bromide I was unable to use the Spa facilities, but the chlorinated outside pool was fine. Hotel situated in a residential area, so, some noise from children playing in nearby pool,experienced from veranda.

Bit off the beaten track, taxi needed to get in/out of town. Comfiest bed ever! Most beautiful room, Spa, Pool terrace, Restaurant. Very peaceful No mobile phones, no smoking, no children, no caffeine, only organic produce including alcohol so no G&T's or diet Coke. Limited Vegetarian menu, quite expensive Staff were lovely. Would definitely go back but would need to go out in the evenings.

Amazing relax and detox center. Full medical staff on site; wonderful professional staff. The food is AMAZING !! we'll be back.

Wer sich erholen möchte, physisch und psychisch ist mit dem SHA bestens bedient! Hoffe bald wieder hinreisen zu können.

Obwohl wir unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verkürzen mussten und dies 4 Tage in Voraus mitgeteilt haben, wurde uns diese Nacht voll berechnet - weil nach dem Einchecken erst Bescheid gegeben. Allen Bemühungen auch von Expedias Seite blieben erfolglos, es sei eben Hotelpoilcy. Sehr kurzfristig gedacht. Vor allem ärgerlich als wir gebeten wurden, das Zimmer, das wir nun für diesen Tag noch voll bezahlt hatten, bitte zu verlassen, weil sie neue Gäste erwarteten. Somit sollte also auch noch doppelt abkassiert werden. Bei der Endabrechnung muss man auch höllisch aufpassen, es waren viele undurchsichtige Positionen, die wir beanstandet haben und die dann auch ohne große Entschuldigungen wieder rausgenommen wurden. Man kann es ja mal probieren.

cuisine exquise ; accueil personnalisé d'une très grande gentillesse; activités sportives et de remise en forme inclues dans le prix. Un bémol: matelas un peu mou à notre goût. A part cela chambre très agréable et supplément vue sur mer à conseiller.

El Hotel es mu bonito, pero creo que muy caro para el tipo de comida que ofrecen, que solo es macrobiótica.Tambien son muy caros los tratamientos que ofrecen. Relacio calidad-precio mala.

Una experiencia maravillosa!!! 100% recomendable. El personal del hotel excelente trato y atentos en todo momento. Un 10 en todos los aspectos.

Het in de prijs begrepen onbijt was verre van aantrekkelijk!!!!

pas de service : attendre 20 mn pour qu'on vous montre votre chambre, pas de room service, pas de choix au restaurant, menu imposé. Très décevant.
