The checkin process was very difficult and confusing. The room dont look as advertised. The room needs work on details as having blinds in all windows. Noisy environment

Apartment in a perfect position for easy sightseeing. Spotlessly clean. Excellent communication from host. Small bathroom but otherwise perfect!

Clean room with air conditioning. The bathroom needs improvement. Excellent location.

Es un alojamiento para dos personas, porque aunque pagamos 4 personas no nos gustó el sofá cama muy incómodo, por lo menos yo prefiero cama, no me gusta el sofá cama para dormir especialmente si alguno de los huéspedes tiene problema de columna

Lovely room in a great location a few minutes from Sol. Great to have a fridge and kitchenette. Quiet and comfortable but the only downside is the very small shower and delicate doors which you had to manoeuvre very carefully to stop them falling off. There are quite a lot of steps but thankfully there is a small lift. A lovely stay - we would stay here again.

Está muy céntrico, por lo tanto toda la noche se escucho ruido muy fuerte. Entre otras cosas el elevado 👎 Las escaleras muy de miedo, me resbalé pues la pintura o desgaste no tiene buen agarre. Estuve en el 4 piso y no le gustó pues son muchas escaleras para subir con maletas !

Room was not the cleanest, but the location was amazing! Room has a small kitchenette which was really useful and also a fridge. Communication from the property was great too!

The property location was excellent most of the hotels don’t have elevators

The property is well located in the heart of Madrid but the facility and the access was horrible. I’ve been to Madrid several times staying at different places and this was the worst. Avoid at all possible!! Reasons for negative review: 1) Check in - apparently you need to download an app since access to the building and room is with the app. I never received an email to download the app and register with personal data - passport, etc. I sent communication with no reply until 12:00. Outside of the building and could not access until I called and spoke with someone. 2) Room was tiny and bathroom even smaller. Shower water had no pressure- just dripping down and no room to move in the shower. 3) The bed was horrible made of cheap foam material with a major dip in the middle 4) No sound proofing- we could hear the next door guy snoring at night. 5) Access to the apartment on 3rd floor- due to layout of the stairs and elevator - the elevator doesn’t stop on the 3rd floor. Need to walk up a very narrow spiral wooden uneven stairs with heavy suitcases. In conclusion- NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

It was a great location. The bed was broken and my partner and I were falling into the middle of the bed since it was hollow. My back and hips were hurting.

La ubicación excelente, todo lo haces caminando. El departamento es antiguo. Pero relación precio/calidad/ubicación es excelente. No esperes un departamento de lujo.

Fantastic central location! Room itself was clean. The kitchenette was nice (made breakfast couple of times...) stores and restaurants abound! Quiet room a +. Shower small, but efficient. Would definitely stay again if I Madrid.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, and in very easy walking distance to a number of interesting places. The WiFi signal wasn’t very good, so we had issues with internet connection, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future.

I have been a guest at Suits Your Zinc for the past four years, visiting the property at least once a year. My family and I have viewed all the available rooms, and over time, we have noticed a marked decline in room quality. The lack of kitchen items we've found in the past and, especially, the poor quality of the beds is noticeable. The room appears clean, but if you look under the bed (for anything that might have fallen), you can see that the cleaning is superficial. The towels seem to be the same ones we used on our first visit—very poor quality and clearly indicating excessive and indiscriminate use. On the other hand, some street noise is to be expected, but being woken up by the noise of each guest returning at different times in the early morning is completely unacceptable. The doors, bathrooms, showers... they weren't always like this. Well, we were previously on the upper floors, so it's understandable that the lower the room, the more noise you hear from the building itself. The staff must be very good with technology, but in terms of presence and service, this is a hotel/hostel where you're on your own, and considering the cost per night, anyone would expect a bit more. Closing a chapter...best of luck. Note: instead of replying, put the energy on improving, is a great location but...
