A lovely hotel in a great location walkable to all areas of the city. Amazing service from all the staff and nice roof top with pool and honesty bar. Only small downfall is that there are no safes in the rooms to store personal items such as passports

Lovely stay overall. Great location in the old town. Rooftop with bar was best feature. Rooms were fine but mine was noisy: street noise, reception, creaking floorboards from room above. I could have also done with a safe in the room. Despite these points I had a great time in Las Palmas.

Customer focused and peaceful boutique stay in a quiet street. 2 minute walk to numerous bars and restaurants, quaint coffee shops. The central bus station is 10 minutes away where you can explore the island with ease. Perfect for a short city trip to explore the history of the area

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar and breakfast were perfect!

Lovely hotel… our room was lovely but the only thing which was a little disappointing was that it had no exterior windows so you felt as if you were in a cave, but was the only one left when we booked, the breakfasts were delicious, savoury and sweet and really healthy and the roof terrace also a lovely place to relax

A very comfortable stay at this delightful little boutique hotel. Great position right next to the cathedral with lots of tapas restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.

We arrived without our luggage, as it had gotten delayed by the airlines. We were staying here for a few days before heading on to other parts of the Canaries. When the luggage still hadn't arrived by the time we were checking out, we left the contact info for the other hotels with the staff, and they called when there were luggage updates and were willing to store the luggage once it did finally show up-thankfully just before we flew out. We had a very comfortable room & breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace. If it was too windy, there was a space inside to eat. Coffee/tea/juice plus a choice of 1 salty/savory item and 1 sweet item (4 selections from each category). One choice for salty was a bagel with lox & a poached egg, while the sweet included pancakes with chocolate sauce or croissants with jam & butter. Delicious! Location is just steps away from both the Casa de Colon & the Museo de Canario (part of the reason we picked this place). Would absolutely stay here again!

Nicely decorated hotel, in a traditional building with very cool rooftop (including a small swimming pool). The hotel also provides free pool towels. Most of the rooms don’t have external facing windows but rather the windows open onto an internal patio. Nice a la carte 2 course breakfast served on the rooftop. They also accommodated our vegetarian requests with no issues. Comfortable beds and pillows. Located in a historic part of town with many restaurants and shops around but the hotel itself is silent. Staff were helpful and friendly. They even lent us a beach umbrella for a day. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but has an arrangement with Vegueta Parking (5 mins away) so that you can park there for €12 per day. So parking is not free but it’s discounted. One hiccup was that the room we were originally offered (room 4) smelled damp. When we pointed this out, the staff moved us to a new room and acknowledged that this is sometimes an issue. The air conditioning did not function properly and seemed to be unable to cool below 22C. We were OK as it was not very hot when we were there but if a very cool room is important to you, check with the hotel first.

Lovely hotel, nearby the cathedral but very quiet. Style of the rooms was cool. Bed was big and comfortable. Rooftop terrace with mini pool was pleasant, and the breakfast was good. Received a warm welcome on arrival and staff were great throughout. Ideal for a short stay.

This is such a lovely, boutique hotel right in the centre of the old town in Las Palmas. It really feels like a little oasis and it's perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are super friendly and the hotel breakfast is delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lovely blend of old and new in the centre of historic Vegueta surrounded by good restaurants. Friendly service, great breakfast. Loved the sunny roof terrace with view of the cathedral, plunge pool, loungers and honesty bar. Recommend an exterior room.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. From the restaurant recommendations to the incredibly kind custodial staff and clean rooms, we loved our stay. They made us feel at home ❤️

I have been fortunate enough to have stayed in many wonderful hotels over the years - and there is little doubt that this is among them, and particularly for a personal (and not a business related) stay. Firstly, its location is magnificent - centred in the old town on a beautiful, quiet street and within a couple of minutes’ walking distance from everything you need. Second, the staff could not have been more helpful or agreeable - every single one of them (including the cab driver, Alex, who picked us up and dropped us off to the airport, and although he was not among the staff, it was arranged by the hotel) was exceptional - and hotel owner Alexandra also gave us marvellous recommendations for places to go and see and around the island as well. Third, the design of the place was beautiful. Contemporary, classic and spotless, it was so stylish and superbly maintained. We had a fantastic room overlooking the street with a small balcony. The rooftop area where breakfast is taken each morning was an oasis in itself - and the breakfast was just delicious. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more, frankly - and we fully intend to return (and to persuade Alexandra to open some more hotels in our other favourite locations elsewhere!).
