I didn't like the bed and pillow as they were too soft and has no support for my back and head

Lovely hotel, we had 3 rooms in total booked for our family. Very clean & comfortable. A fabulous extensive breakfast selection each morning. The bar/lounge/lobby area is great, a pleasant space for drinks.

Very good hotel centrally located in Stockholm close to the train station and metro, coaches etc. Housekeeping could be better though as my photos can prove.

Very clean and modern with good sized rooms and nice bathroom. Nice breakfast. One has to pay for the pool after first buying a 3 hour spa access pass. Unfortunate that one cannot simply use the pool.

Property has a good location, comfortable bed, however room cleaning wasn't good all the days, some light bulbs were burnt out or flickering that weren't changed despite reporting it, in person, to reception. Swimming pool was swindfuly lumped into the spa so they charge hefty amount for using it even for hotel guest. This is my first time ever that I had to pay for using the hotel's pool, nearly £30.00 for every time for an 8 m long pool only .. I would not even call it a pool ...it is a glorified tub

I got a junior suite and it was a córner room so it was spacious and had floor to ceiling windows. No storage space for clothes though only a small cabinet that had coffee making supplies in it. Had to ask for a table and more hangers. It was bright and sunny during the day but at night it was too dark in the room due to lack of lamps and lights

We stayed at Clarion Hotel Sign in Stockholm for three days and were extremely disappointed. We chose this hotel specifically because it advertised having air conditioning. When we arrived, the AC didn’t work at all. Instead of fixing the issue or offering us another room, they sent a tiny fan and told us all rooms were fully booked. The room was hot and uncomfortable, especially during the summer. To make matters worse, the next evening we wanted to relax and watch a movie, but the TV didn’t work properly. When we called the front desk, they casually told us only 15 rooms in the entire hotel have Chromecast, and of course, all of them were already occupied. They offered no solution or alternative. The service was indifferent, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about our discomfort at all. After such a wonderful stay at Clarion Umeå, where everything was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond, this experience was a huge letdown. We expected much better from the Clarion brand. Unfortunately, this hotel did not deliver comfort, service, or value for money.

The room allocated did not have a safe, was very small size with difficulty to move around. Phone in the room was dead allthrough our stay. Did not get fixed despite reporting. . Two screws tips were petruding out on the outside cabinet next to the beds and damaged our clothes and caused us injury. Poor attention to quality inside the room.

The telephone in the room did not work.

Standard rooms are very small and on the back side with limited view. No air conditioning. Had to upgrade the room with extra payment.

The rooms are dated notably the family rooms. The hotel is very busy and not enough elevators.
