The bathroom had been renovated which was nice. But the soap dispensers didn’t work.

The room was dirty. It had a lot of hair all over the place. As if someone shaved their head and it was not cleaned after.

The lobby is nicely decorated and clean the room however was poor. It was on the first floor was dated with stains on the floor and light switches. The room smelt of smoke as it had a covered balcony which was used as a smoking room with cigarette burns on the chairs. As it was on the first floor people would be outside the room window on the street smoking which added to the smell. They did offer us another room but decided to leave and book somewhere else. It was a bit out of the way and a 20 minute walk to the city centre and it was a steep hill on the way back.

This property is totally different to what displayed on the website and the room where so dirty and there was blood stains in the toilet. Zero security in the hotel and too many people over drunk people around in the hotel lobby. This should be zero star hotel. Highly disappointed.

The hotel itself need a refresh. The odors in the hallways is terrible. Our room had blood splattered on the curtains like someone got murdered in the room. The beds are ok but way too soft. But for one night its fine. Breakfast was a really good one a lot of choices. If you are picky this is not your place to stay. If its for a pit stop perfect.

Great value hotel in Lunden area of Gothenburg. My room was simple but comfortable, and with the buffet breakfast was great value for money. Would definitely stay again!

On our request to change to beds after two very hot nights it has been refused "we only change after 3 nights and only for long staying guests"

We didnt have hand towels. Bathroom smelled.

The location is good, reception staff were friendly. Hotel parking was good at the cost of 150 SEK/night. Breakfast was just OK, the first day (Friday) breads were not fresh and very hard to eat, the 2nd day (Saturday) breakfast was way better. We stayed at room no 107 (family room) which is outside of the WiFi range. This is very much unacceptable. The inner curtains were missing in one of the windows. Had to cover the window by a quilt cover to make the room dark. The sofa bed was just a crap, but we managed to sleep by putting extra quilt on it. Informed all these issues to the reception desk and hopefully they will fix all these soon. If you just need place to sleep and not expecting anything fancy, then this can be your destination considering the price you are paying.

We liked this hotel for its location and offering free breakfast. Our room needed updating but it was clean. We had only some problems which the fire Alarm went off twice at night and we also could hear other people loud noise when we were asleep

Excellent place to stay. We were there for 12 nights. Only issue was the fire alarm would go off at random times in the early morning (fire truck showed up twice)..

The carpets and furniture were old and worn. There were stains on the wood and fabric and bathroom was not very clean (hair). On top of that the heat in the room did not work so it was very cold. I brought this to the attention of the front desk who offered no solution or other room. Whe. I checked out this morning the lady told me it had been reported before. And they stuck me in a room withouth hear knowing it don’t work?

Not comfy bed, old rooms, strong smell from the ventilation system. The staff were nice. Breakfast very simple but compatible with the cost of the room. For one night emergency stay would be ok, otherwise not sure if I could recommend.

Needed accommodation last minute & stayed at this place! Was nice & had a good buffet breakfast with gluten free/dairy free options.

A little too few room for two people in the standard double room, one time towels were forgotten to be handed out. Otherwise was nice and pretty comfortable. Breakfast great.

We arrived, late at night and were given a room with no lights, bedding for one person and there was a beaten up mini fridge, with 3 legs, it didn't work anyway - it turns out that none of the fridges worked. We were transferred to another room but had to take the bedding from the 1st. room with us. We have stayed here before and it was a pleasant stay then. Now the new owners seem to be running it down. There is plaster off the wall in the corridors, the carpets are getting threadbare, the sauna "doesn't work", one lift broke down the last time we were there and still isn't working, the waste pipes seem to constricted. one side of the double bed is against a wall which makes it difficult to get up during the night. The cleanliness is only superficial and the whole place needs a deep clean. We won't be back!

a great priced hotel with good breakfast options
