The hotel is somewhat remote and only accessible via an unpaved road. Very nice welcome at the reception. I complained about a strong odor in the bathroom and was given another room without any problems. The breakfast was very good and varied, with apparently home-baked bread. I can highly recommend this hotel with its great ambience.

Otroligt ställe! Älskade inredningen av hela stället, WOW-rum, mycket god mat både i restaurangen och frukosten, kunnig personal, bra service, bin i poolen och bubbelpoolen och någon insekt i maten men det är på en gård trots allt. Vi hamnade här av en slump och kommer rekommenderar detta vidare.

We were not sure what to expect when the road ended and a gravel dirt road was the only way to this place out in the middle of nowhere in the farm fields. But the hotel proved to be very charming and delightfully decorated/renovated. Imagine an old farmhouse that has been re-done with a myriad of funky art all over the place. A small swimming pool and even a hot tub. They grow all their own veggies at the farm and there’s even a vineyard! We ate a 7-course dinner with wine pairings and it was wonderful. The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in terms of choices. And during check out we were charged twice for our room but the hotel manager has resolved the issue. One thing that could be improved is when you make a booking for four (4) people, you expect to get a room with space for four people to sleep in. What you don’t expect is to have to pay extra for two of the people to sleep there. I don’t know if this was a miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia but it would be great if future guests would not have to be paying extra after having booked and paid for a room. Overall a wonderfully romantic experience.
