Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room decor and overall style of hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had great options. The burger on the lunch menu was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel.

A very stylish hotel in the center of Stockholm. It is easy walking distance to most of the main attractions and a beautiful waterfront location. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff was super friendly and able to help us with everything we needed.

Quirky small hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Food is not great at the hotel but breakfast was included. They need new rugs and to do better at dusting (out lamp was a literal feather duster

I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. For the next 3 days we enjoyed amazing service by pleasant and unfailingly helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more!

This hip and swanky hotel oozes style and energy, drawing in a trendy crowd that keeps the vibe buzzing. Each room feels like a curated design experience—sleek, well-appointed, and effortlessly cool. The beds are incredibly comfortable. And the staff? Super friendly and helpful, adding just the right touch of warmth to the polished atmosphere. A bonus is the central location next door to the National Museum and a short walk from many major attractions.

Reception staff, very smart and professional

Definitely a sweet well appointed boutique hotel that offered a sumptuous breakfast included and helpful staff. Small room with un inviting chairs, facing the Grand Hotel across the alley and some thumping noise from the bar’s music below made hanging in the room or getting early sleep more of a challenge. I would stay there again but search out better room (not sure if this was an Expedia limitation). FYI Gym was next door at the Grand Hotel, not in house but easy access.

I had the most amazing stay at the Lydmar Hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help me with dinner reservations and travel arrangements. My room (412) was incredible—spacious with stunning views of the harbor, large beautiful windows, and high ceilings. The amenities were top-notch, including a hair dryer and straightener, which saved me from having to pack my own. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering high-quality food with a great variety each morning. The vibe of this boutique hotel is unmatched—it felt like a home away from home for the three nights I was there. A very special thank you to Markus and Sanne, who were exceptional in their warmth, friendliness, and customer service, making me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Lydmar Hotel, for a memorable stay!

The professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff make this boutique hotel one of the best in Europe! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the location is superior and the restaurant/bar is fantastic. We highly recommend the Lydmar If you demand beauty, comfort and high-end service.
