An overnight stay with a friend as we needed to refresh!! Beautiful location, so scenic. The gardens are lovely. But this owners really need to work on a lot more. Biggest bug bear was that you have to pay to use the bathing area and jetty, it is not included in your accommodation payment which, is already not cheap. 395sek per person to swim and sun bathe and you can only use the area for a limited time, there is no other place to bathe. There is a nice sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, BUT, young children are allowed on the area. Not a great start for us to relax with screaming kids. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, a good view if you have sea facing. No coffee facilities in the room (I sound old but I need caffeine as soon as I wake!!) there is a mini bar albeit, not greatly stocked. Breakfast was pretty poor, very basic. The dining area absolutely needs a good decoration, it was very 'hostel' looking and not cosy or comfortable. We did not eat dinner there as the recent reviews were so poor about the food. The wine and drinks selection looked good. The staff were very pleasant, always a bonus. I would go back, but would not rush....... It could be an incredible place.

For the price (~300 euro) a night at this spa-resort, the overall feeling is rather disappointing. Comfort in rooms were ok, not much more, beds were nice. Bathroom had some weird layout with shower area unshielded meaning water was everywhere in the end. Room in general felt like it needed a slight overhaul. Room cleaning was sloppy as I had to kill 3 large spiders in the ceiling upon arrival, and also same time found spiderwebs on window curtains. We already had dinner plans so can't rate the dinner seating,but breakfast felt lacklusting. Good quality foods, just overall ah somewhat 'meh' experience. I wouldn't stay here again, unless the price was cut ~100 euros.

Nynäs Havsbad is beatifully located by the sea, the weather was really warm and we spent our time to relax in Havsbad, which is very nice with several saunas, two small pools and sea swimming. In the hotel we got a balcony room, so we could cool down the room with balgony doors open. There is no air conditioning. We enjoyed the hotel dinners, but the menu alternatives are not very many if you stay longer time. Generally I would recomment the place.
