Aarauerhof - Self Check-in

Functional hotel next to train station with no reception or concierge. Self check in and check out facilities work fine, but the key card did not open the front door, hence I had to call the push button operator to open the door. Breakfast is nice, but continental with no frills.

Didn't like the noise and cigarette smokers outside the front door. Liked there was a bar/lounge connected.

It is next to the train station, convenient. But that's about it. There are always people screaming something at night. No services. Spartanic

Clean and comfortable room. The location is very good, right next to the train station, and the automated check-in was smooth. When I did need to call someone to check the breakfast times, someone answered quickly and was friendly. There was a staff member at breakfast too, who was friendly. There is also a secure bike storage. The breakfast was ok, but could have a few more options and a better coffee machine. The doors of the rooms are a bit thin, so you can hear any noise from the hallway. Also, the bathroom was slightly dark as one of the bulbs was not working. Overall it's a nice and convenient hotel, at a good price, and I would stay there again.

Business Reise mit 8 Personen. Schade das ich bei einchecken immer dabei sein musste. Ideal wäre das ich vorauszahle und das jeder selber einchecke kann.

Ich musste für eine Nacht in Aarau übernachten und wegen der Lage fiel die Wahl auf dieses Hotel. Parken war wie auf der Website beschrieben I'm Parkhaus möglich, allerdings konnte ich ohne eine Zimmerkarte nicht ins Hotel. Es war schon nachts und die Sprechanlage sagte nur an, dass alle Mitarbeiter im Gespräch wären... Das Zimmer war sehr unpersönlich eingerichtet, aber sauber. Es gab nicht Mal einen Pappbecher zum Zähne Putzen. An sich OK, aber in die Jahre gekommen, schlecht organisiert und nicht modern.

War jetzt das zweite Mal da,sonst bin ich Im Storchen in Schönenwerd.Man müsste einfach renovieren,es ist ein alter Bau. Kosmetisch ev. mit Farbe,Teppiche wechseln.Das Personal hat mir geholfen früher das Zimmer zu beziehen.Da mein Spitalthermin verschoben wurde.Super danke dafür. Zimmer sauber einfach zu kalt.

War gut, Fenster lassen jedoch sehr viel Kälte durch

Unten Disco extrem laut. Ich schlief 2. Stock. Konnte erst ab 04:30 Uhr einschlafen. Eigentlich sollte man bei so einer Reklamation, die Übernachtungs Kosten zurück erstatten!!!!!

Ich bin dem Self Check-in nicht zurecht gekommen und finde es schade das man alles Digitalisieren muss.

Zentral gleich neben dem Bahnhof, sauber, Frühstück: hochwertige Tees, gutes Müesli, frische Früchte, nette Dame,. Negativ: Die Strasse ist laut. Was aber gar nicht geht, dass die Rechnung höher ausfällt als der hier gebuchte Betrag, auch wenn es nur etwas über 1% ist

Wie immer ideal für ein Business-Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Aarau Hotel.com funktioniert leider „nie“ beim Check In (habe dafür immer freundliche MA vom Aarehof am Telefon

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mini Lift. Self Checkin, keine Ansprechperson vor Ort ausser der netten Dame am Frühstücksservice. Sie hat das veraltete Hotel extrem aufgewertet.

Very convient location. Not recommande to stay there in summer time. Very hot room with no ac No choice but to open the window but you will hear the train pass by all night.

Problème informatique à l’accueil. Impossible d’avoir une personne en ligne. Nous avons du attendre plus d’une heure et demie pour avoir la chambre. Chambre médiocre comparé au prix. Sans clim et très bruyante malgré les fenêtres fermée.

Cher team, Mon séjour à mal débuté. Tout d’abord, lorsque je suis arrive, le système informatique n’a pas reconnu mon nom nim on numéro de contrat. J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprises d’entrée ces coordonnées dans un sens comme dans l’autre, nom, prénom, codes, mais rien ne me donnait l’accès à la chambre que j’avais réservé. Comme je nécessitaisd’une chambre, j’ai terminé par entre rune reservation directement dans le système électronique. J’ai fini par obtenir une chambre pour un prix de CHF 533.- au lieu des CHF 369.- au travers de votre société. Le soir même, j’a écris un courriel à la société hotelière pour les informé de mon insatisfaction.(courriel en attaché) Comme réponse, j’ai reçu le jour d’après, qu’ils ne me rembourseraient pas la différance mais que je pouvais effectuer une demande pour obtenir un bon de reduction. Je vous prie de prendre note de cette total insatisfation et je vous demande de me rembourser cette difference. Dans l’attente de votre réponse, je vous prie d’accepter mes salutations.
