Excellent location, just steps away from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and spotless — perfect for preparing your own meals. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Some rooms even offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. A great choice for solo travellers or anyone looking for convenience and affordability in Zermatt.

The room was great and met our needs. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful when seeking information. Really appreciated the storage lockers to put our baggage until our departure later in the day. Location of facility is the best and very convenient. Really liked this place and location.

Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains. I stayed in the hostel portion in a women’s room with 4 sets of bunk beds and I was very happy with my bottom bunk by the window, which had the illusion of privacy and cool air from the window. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen fully equipped for major cooking or in my case, microwave food and kettle for tea. There seemed to be enough showers and toilets to go around and the coin operated washer/dryer was a welcome luxury that other hotels i stayed at didn’t seem to have. The desk clerks were nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.

Beautiful facility and surrounding area, Kitchen is well equipped and maintained . Beds are comfortable.
