Lokasi yang sangat baik, hanya beberapa langkah dari stesen kereta api. Bilik itu bersih dan selesa. Dapur berkongsi serba lengkap dan bersih — sesuai untuk menyediakan makanan anda sendiri. Kakitangan ramah dan membantu sepanjang penginapan saya. Beberapa bilik juga menawarkan pemandangan indah pergunungan di sekitarnya. Pilihan yang bagus untuk pengembara solo atau sesiapa sahaja yang mencari kemudahan dan kemampuan di Zermatt.

The room was great and met our needs. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful when seeking information. Really appreciated the storage lockers to put our baggage until our departure later in the day. Location of facility is the best and very convenient. Really liked this place and location.

Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains. I stayed in the hostel portion in a women’s room with 4 sets of bunk beds and I was very happy with my bottom bunk by the window, which had the illusion of privacy and cool air from the window. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen fully equipped for major cooking or in my case, microwave food and kettle for tea. There seemed to be enough showers and toilets to go around and the coin operated washer/dryer was a welcome luxury that other hotels i stayed at didn’t seem to have. The desk clerks were nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay.

Beautiful facility and surrounding area, Kitchen is well equipped and maintained . Beds are comfortable.
