Had a wonderful 2 nights at Hotel Mountain Paradise. Great view of the Matterhorn from our room 304. Breakfast had a very nice selection. Very close to the Little Matterhorn gondola. Would definitely stay again.

Great view from the property. Charming hotel. Very nice staff that accommodated our changes and took good care of my daughter when she arrived alone. The location is a ways from the train station so one should consider hiring transportation from the train station to the hotel.

Generally a good stay. However, we had a top floor room with a Matterhorn view and the shower head was located below my chest. I'm a guy so I am not typically really worried about things like this but it made for an awkward and uncomfortable shower experience.
Breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and the charge for coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours seemed unnecessary.

3 min walk to the Furi lift, ski shop. 4 nice restaurants within 2-5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 min walk into town, or bus stop in front of the hotel (we always walked, which was lovely). Rooms were a good size. Bed was very comfy. Steam/sauna was very nice. Nice breakfast. And perfect view of the Matterhorn.

Great hotel. Nice views of the Matterhorn. Quiet and safe. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is great too. The hotel is close to the gondola but a good 20 min walk to the town. There is a convenient bus that takes you to the town for free but only until 8pm. Zermatt is very safe and easy to walk around. We went with our parents and kids and had a great time. Hope to come back soon.

It was perfect, I felt comfortable and relaxed like at home. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. There is also a sauna and a steam sauna available, which is nice to use, especially in this cold weather.
Also the room and the hotel were very clean.
The only thing that I missed was a kettle in the room for coffee and tea.

A great location in Zermatt away from the commercial area. Also a great view of the Matterhorn! Getting a room with a mountain view is definitely worth it! We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. Breakfast was included and was excellent !

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff in the reception is very nice and accommodating, breakfast selections are all good. The best part is the view of the Matterhorn in the balcony of our room and in the dining area. Overall, we had a great stay.

The cereal bowls and lot of cutlery is dirty and unwashed. The fire alarm kept ringing at night for all the customers and couldn’t sleep. The room is very small and bathrooms are tiny, especially the shower.
