I was not happy with the check-in. I was told that my booking was not shown in the hotel’s system and I was asked to contact Expedia on the problem. Fortunately, there was still vacant room and staff was willing to spend extra time to rebook my reservation.

The rooms are claustrophobically small. No room for two to walk around. Thin towels. They charge for everything including storing luggages or early check in’s. Deposit required for hair dryer, our thermostat didn’t work. Not sure why so highly rated.

very tiny rooms, you can barely walk inside , No wardrobes, no place to hang clothes , no hangers to put your staff. had to leave all on the floor . the TV was smaller than a 80's computer monitor

The hotel and staff were very good. The parking is awful! Tiny garage and tiny lot, very challenging to get into and out of. This is a great place to stay on a budget but not if you have a car!

The room toilet doesn’t have a room, and the air condition is not working. Finally we opened the window for sleeping even in the month of April. The room is just a kind of box room, not recommended at all…

Room are very small. Not recommended for family with kids. No closet for clothes. Room only has beds.
No hair dryer, coffee maker or ironing board. If you are traveling from US or Canada, these are not the spacious rooms we are used to of. But rooms are clean and inexpensive compared with other hotels.

Generally the place is ok except it’s small and bath area like a ‘cylinder’. Able to sleep well compared to two other earlier accommodations we put up. Staff is friendly. We need to pay CHF10 for early check in. Luggage per piece chargeable at CHF3 if you need a place to store before check in. Room is clean. No kettle and hairdryer provided.
