Nice and clean hotel, but the room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 5:00pm as supposed to be ready at 2:00 pm. We need to to rest as we have been on the road for six hours. Check out time is 10:00 am but why by 5:00 pm the room wasn’t ready and we waited about 15 minutes. Front desk staff was rude and saying we were fully booked last night so delayed on cleaning the room, other that, everything is great and the bed is comfortable

only negative NO AC, but really the first time we had a heat wave while in Switzerland

Hotel was on great location. Only part I don't like it. When we reached there around 9:40 nobody was there. We checked in with machine. First night I could not sleep feeling scary nobody was there. Next morning I met hotel staff after I was feeling little comfortable. They should have there over night at least one person.

This property served our needs to have a place generally near the Zurich airport. It is a 15 minute drive from the hotel to the rental car return. The hotel is a good value - reasonably priced compared to alternatives in the airport area. The room was modern and clean. Breakfast was generous and varied. Options for restaurants are limited if you don't wish to drive out of the neighborhood.

The hotel is very clean and functional. Garage is included. Breakfast is simple but good quality. Rooms are spartan but modern and clean. Shower has good water pressure.
Only issue is no A/C which, in summer, is a bit of a problem.

For Zurich, this is a very decently priced hotel, new construction, good breakfast buffet included, friendly people. Personal check-in is only possible till 9pm, after that a machine outside will allow you to check in. Only complaint (so far, we stayed there twice for one night) is that in both rooms I had hygiene concerns. First room had sticky side (?) splatters all over the closet (a minor offense in my book, but still); second room, i found a clothing tag in between my sheets... mind you, I didn't remove any clothing tags! That made me doubt if the sheets were actually washed... That's a bigger problem to me.

The room doesn't have Coffee Machine, Foodservice, refrigerator and can't adjust your room temperature. The room is usually cleaned once a week.
Nice staff and nice light breakfast.
After 11pm check-in via the Check-in Machine.

Outstanding hotel, really clean room and facilities. Location is great near a shopping center and IKEA . I read the other reviews about the noise and it is not an issue at all.
