Staffs are so friendly and supportive. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer with a cheap price (cheaper than other laundries in the area). My room is clean and cozy. It has a nice view.

Great location and very clean. They provide free toiletries in the common area and disposable towels in the room. If you need standard towels, there are fresh ones available by the laundry.

Friendly helpful staff. Lots of extras.. toothbrushes, disposable slippers, Carmel corn. Bread, toaster, peanut butter, jam, teas, coffees, water dispenser more. Even free laundry soap. My only issue is the shower curtain has lots of mold along the bottom amd sides. And stains that look like dried blood.

The room and shower are pretty clean, but the hallways feel a little filthy. The fragrance they use is very strong in the hallways. I had to hold my breaths. Laundry was easy, but the dryer took 3 runs to dry my clothes. I checked in late and the physical towels on the track were dirty (or stained) and wet. When I asked about new clean ones, the lady at the front desk said that's all they had left. However, I saw a cart full of bundled towels parked right outside of laundry room. 🤔 They do offer disposable towels and other amenities like shower cap, soap, tooth brushes, etc.

The room was clean and location is great. I would not stay here again because WiFi was not working most of the time. Also, I know there’s a language barrier, but I found the staff was not kind and hung up the phone on me a couple of times when complaining about the internet.

It's basic - if you want 5 star comfort and surroundings, then you will have to book somewhere else and pay a lot more money! This is a budget hotel with all amenities, very helpful staff and in a great location. Recommended.

Very convenient location, just a short walk from the Main Station. The hotel room is very basic, but it was a very inexpensively priced option. The property is somewhat worn and shabby but my actual room was clean and fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they allowed me to store my bags until checkin time as I arrived in the very early morning. I would stay here again.
