The hotel room was of a good size and the location was great, really close to everything in the center of downtown Hualien. Apart from the room being a bit run down, everything in the room worked well for a few nights' stay. We found the daily cleaning of the room quite inconsistent, and had to inform the hotel reception a few times that used cups were not replaced with fresh ones daily, despite several reminders. The breakfast spread was acceptable but was definitely more on the basic scale. No netflix available in the hotel as well.

優點：早餐媽媽煮得好好吃啊，肉燥不管配白飯、配粥都好下飯。飯店床頭沒有插座，手機沒辦法充電，熱水夠熱，地點很方便，飯店外面全部是車格非常方便停車，早餐免費。缺點：床太硬太硬了，枕頭套都需要全部翻新才是，不要再重複清洗了。

Friendly frontdesk ladies greeted us without fail. They offered sightseeing and traveling advises. Cafe aunty bothered to heat up soybean milk every morning. On our last day, the hotel offers us 2 cabs to ferry us to train station free of charge since their transport driver was on leave. A good gesture to show they don't fail their guests. Thumb up!

房間沒有對外窗，網站沒說明。一打開房門時房內會有一絲絲的潮濕味道。還好開冷氣過一陣子味道就不見了。電視機跟機上盒看的到灰塵，地板上也有頭髮。清潔方面需要加強。
