老闆娘很熱心分享附近景點.早餐雖是簡單的日式但都是老闆娘自己下廚設備上唯一讓長頭髮的入住女生比較小遺憾的是吹風機是壁掛式(本身風力比較弱)在使用上要吹很久.

老闆和老闆娘都很好客。地點亦鄰近親水公園，步行大概五分鐘内路程（有自行車提供使用，雖然比較舊）今趟旅程的主要目的就是在冬山河自行車道繞一圈兼到冬山河出海口，所以民宿地點非常理想。房間的門口是落地玻璃，對正就是大自然的景色。可以上天台乘涼觀星（對，今次天氣非常好，近乎沒有雲，加上鄉郊少燈光污染，星星都可以清楚看見）
