The actual check-in time when we arrived was 3PM. We had to wait for that. However, 2PM is what is written in traveloka as check-in time. On the other hand, the location was good. Accessible to Ximen Station. Staffs were nice. The room went beyond my expectations.

Very good. Family room is clean. The cleaning staff change the towels every day. The most impressive is You lost your passport at the airport. The staff at the reception desk helped me coordinate until I met.

Good. Very convenient to travel. Exit MRT EXIT6, walk straight for about 500 meters. Accommodation is near Starbuck. Across the road there are 7-11. Rooms are clean. There are employees cleaning every day. There is 2 bottles of free water per day. Just attached to the bed. A bit too soft. Sleep and rest in the back. Ok, good value for money.

The hotel has very poor security. My friends who were booked ahead of us were very disappointed because of the lack of customer care service. After the earthquake they experienced, the hotel management did not even checked on the guests. It was traumatizing to wake up at 5:30am due to an earthquake yet there was no hotel personnel present in the lobby who could answer your queries and concerns. And since our flights to Taipei were cancelled due to a Super Typhoon (Lekima) heading Taiwan, the hotel did not allow us any refund or other options of rescheduling our stay. They stand by their rules of no refund but they do not care on their customer's situation.

Clean room, restaurant, hotel area There is a variety and travel is very comfortable. But the room does not have windows in the bedroom and the bed is too soft If a lot of weight people can get back pain

Very good service staff But regret to book a double bed But get a single bed Fortunately, going with friends is okay. The bathroom is ok. Water is very strong. 5555 PS. This hotel has many branches. Many places in that area Look carefully. 😁

Excellent hotel, conveniently located and affordable for Taipei sizes, 10-15 minutes from Ximen MRT, 10 minutes from Ximending, clean and spacious rooms, spacious and clean bathrooms, free flow of coffee, there is a washing machine too, friendly receiptionist and koorperatif, very satisfied with the service of this hotel
