After 11 hours of exhaustive driving, last and worse thing we would want is a nasty resting place. Quality Inn is a great example of how hotel industry should be. Great value with an exceptional service, clean and comfortable. Staff upgraded my room, gave me free breakfast, free parking. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very satisfied and happy customer. 24-Hour Mcdonald’s located next door, convenience store is 2mins away. Perfect for me since im too tired to travel anywhere further for dinner. Kudos to Quality Inn staff and management. Thank you for my good night’s rest.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Somewhat limited English but that does not deter them from helping you and accomplishing the task. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and in a good location to restaurants, convenience stores and the rainbow night market. Wish we had more time to ride the complimentary bicycles but we had just one night here. Taroko Gorge is a must see here in Hualien. We would stay here again for sure!

幾年前有住過，舊地重遊，雖然設備有比較舊，但維持的不錯，而且地點很方便，停車場是在飯店後面的露天停車場，如果下雨就會不方便，還好天氣很好，而且在停車前後，要跟飯店借還停車卡。房內有暖氣，寒流來，也可以很溫暖，但淋浴間裡沒地方放沐浴乳之類的東西，是小缺點。

優點客服人員很好，房間設計很有質感，床超級舒服，環境很乾淨，價格很優惠。缺點電視台數太少訊號不好，進房的門不好開男生都要很大力推，關門也要拉很大力，聽到其他房間也是一樣，關開門就很吵。
