看了網路上評論說的我有點害怕，但還是幫飯店平反一下，服務態度真的不錯，我是跟家人去的，爸爸因為不小心在外面弄傷手，回飯店跟前台拿了包扎傷口的藥，前台也會幫忙叫計程車，親力親為。 硬體設施也還可以，中規中矩，空間大採光好床睡的也很好 浴室也很寬敞，唯一美中不足的是停車的問題 我們在附近的付費停車場停的車，剛好又是下雨，稍稍不方便，但距離也短，走不到2分鐘就到飯店了。

Had a good experience here 5 years ago but this time was a different story. Place is run down. Mold throughout the bathroom. Loose faucets and used toothpicks under the bed. Lobby smells like a sewage.

Location is really good , but the room and place was not clean enough , we could smell the smoke but the room is non-smoking room. The bed and pillows didn’t smell good in the beginning , but they changed the pillowcases and sheet for us in the end.

We found roaches in the first room they put us in. In general, the staff seems unfriendly and moody. Customer service can improve vastly. Also hard to even arrange for a shuttle to the train station. Breakfast was the only thing that was decent during our stay.

Comfortable hotel but need to take a taxi to-and-fro town centre for meals and shopping. My friend and I borrowed an iron from house keeping but the iron was very badly maintained and left a visible stain on the sleeve of our grey shirt the moment we laid it down on the ironing board!

Male staff were not as helpful as the female staff. Requested a Male staff if he could give us a room with 3 single beds if available. Request was rejected because they only provide according to what I booked even though they have a room with 3 single beds.

Wir wurden spontan in das Hotel umgebucht. Es war allerdings keine schlechte Alternative. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, auch wenn diese in Bahnhofsnähe ist. Der Bahnhof in Hualien ist kein schlimmes Viertel und bietet sogar eine schöne Geschäfte für örtliche Süßspeisen etc. an. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum dauert etwas 20-30 Minuten, was aber auch kein Problem ist. Vom Hotel aus geht es dafür sehr schnell zur Taroko Schlucht. Das Essen ist ok, aber man dafür nicht im Hotel bleiben. Das Minibar-Angebot in der Lobby ist prima, allerdings am späteren Abend nicht mehr verfügbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt.

整體來說，CP值還不錯。住房乾淨。但是有一點飯店可以體諒房客。我13:30左右到，公事包有很多東西，希望可以先入住換衣服，當天飯店可以看出客人不多，但是飯店還是堅持要15:30才能check-in。希望可以提升這方面的服務。

房間很大但設備老舊，浴室多處發霉、水龍頭也搖搖的，有些毛巾看起來使用多年應該可以淘汰了，吹風機是要壓著才能吹的那種，長髮吹頭髮很累。飯若能好好的清潔浴室、更新設備會更加分。
