We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of many landmarks and famous local restaurants. You can take the bus H31 directly from Taiwan High Speed Rail Tainan Station to the Xiaoximen station and walk just 5 minutes to the hotel. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The pillows were very uncomfortable and not very supportive for my neck. The bathroom was spacious but the water slowly drained in the shower, which was a bit frustrating. I wish they would separate the shower and the toilet. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was fantastic! They even had some local famous dishes that we enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

This hotel is centrally located in Tainan. It is easy to get to from the main train station by foot, bus or taxi/Uber. It is about a 30 minute ride via Uber from the HSR station and about 40 minutes by express bus. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will greet you every time you pass through the lobby! The room is pretty clean although I did find some high dust. You'll want to run a tissue across the surface of anyplace you want to hang something. (over the shower stall or clothes rack) The towels were a bit thin but still perfectly useful. If you are a Westerner, be warned that the complimentary breakfast has very few western options, basically cereal and toast. It's a great opportunity to try an Asian style breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

這次台南旅遊在聖禾飯店住了兩天，該飯店有提供停車服務。台南有自己風格跟特色及美食，因此在第二晚上，回到飯店的時候，想詢問是否有機會在退房之後，能把汽車再稍微多停一下，再好好的探索台南。很可惜，櫃檯人員的回覆，如機器人般回應，最晚中午要把車移出停車場。無法延長停車，這也是情理之中。這次特地選了兩晚在同一間飯店入住，如果櫃檯人員的回覆能有溫度一些，也許會更能匹配台南的韻味。早餐用餐時間到10點，可能是人員不足夠的關係。第二天約9：30來用餐，明顯餐食的部分不足（例如稀飯，大家努力的挖最低下剩下些許的部分，連使用勺子都不容易撈到稀飯），既然是用餐到十點，我覺得這部分可以再加強。房間的隔音蠻好的，不會聽到外面的聲音，適合喜歡安靜的旅客

Should have provided slippers. It has the worst design for the shower area where water will invariably do some flooding on the bathroom floor. Breakfast is so-so but staff are friendly and nice.

Hotel is in very new condition. Staff are very courteous. Parking garage is very bright and spacious. Hotel builiding is very tall and visible from many major road so it is easy to find and for friends to meet us at the hotel.
