Old hotel, plugs were so limited that I need to unplug the TV to use as I only see 1 free plug to use which was the kettle and nothing else. Staff attitude need to improve and service need to improve. Kids room for play which was great.

I could not give it a lower rating (disappointing) because it is pretty much exactly as other reviews have described so I can't be disappointed.
Everything was clean and worked as intended.
As mentioned by others, very dated and basic.
I would add it is also noisy. Door and wall are not at all sound proof. Make sure you get a room that does not face the pool.
I took this because it was last minute on a long weekend...

A little too far from Kenting...shuttle buses unfrequent.
Hotel too old,out of fashion. For American standard bathroom small and old,
janitor inside the shower room.
Smell smoking even though was an non smoking room, had to
leave open window all day stay.
Terrible breakfast, no a single western food.

很老舊 跟照片差很多 雖然服務人員人很好 可惜飯店太老舊了 熱水不穩 小孩洗冷水 冬天爆冷 後來反應有幫我們升等 所以下次不會再來

酒店看得出來有一些日子了，但也有局部保養過。
不過價格便宜哦，才HKD415，還有基本綜合自助早餐，而且還有個小泳池，水牌顯示B1還有健身設施跟康樂設施但我沒下去看 😂。
始終恆春住宿比墾丁那邊便宜，這次就只是想去走走，所以選便宜的。

廁所設計差勁，乾濕沒有分離，洗面盆在企缸內。
接待服務員態度不太友善，沒有提供足夠支援，問乜都無。
早上離開房間準備食早餐，清潔人員在走廊已問可以打掃未。試問客量不多，難道早點完成工作可以早點收工。
請酒店提供多些培訓給員工吧！

此旅館偏舊式飯店，但整體大致上住起來還行，如果講究質感的房客就可以再多參考。
除此之外，此飯店的停車場在飯店的右後方，走路約一分鐘左右，建議先到飯店check in後再過去停車，因為停車場管理員會看房號後，才讓你進去，我們停車進去時，管理大哥當下並沒有指引我們哪些位置能停及不能停，但當我們停好時，卻又來告知此位置不能停，讓我們覺得那為何不一開始引導我們，讓我們一次性停好。

這次住宿在八樓，房間偏舊，簡潔的設備，東西掉到地板才發現地板跟床底粉塵很多…對過敏體質的我來說有點辛苦！提供的早餐我個人覺得算豐盛，選擇種類滿多！飯店附設地下停車位很少也不好停，反而配合的戶外停車場位置多！

旁邊就是麥當勞很方便，含早餐的住宿比較不會擔心要吃什麼。住12樓，熱水非常不熱，又流很久才會有熱，水壓好小！
