Our room was on the second floor. Kids enjoyed it, SPA bathtub was also fun (3 kids to play inside). We add one more breakfast for the youngest kid, but the breakfast was way too much that we had to wrap it to go. Lot of food, but had an advantage of a local person to communicate at the front desk.
No elevator to the second floor, but we knew about it from the reviews, so no surprise there.
They have a small animal farm (need entrance ticket), which again kids enjoyed a lot.
The balcony and wooden chairs there were quite worn out (we did not use them), but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff wasn’t the nicest I encountered, she tried to double charge for my 10 years old even though Expedia have charged me already. The different staff next morning ask me again until I show them the app from Expedia price details. Not a pleasant feeling.

從開業至今住過5次。
住宿品質越來越不如預期。
房間似乎沒有好好維護可惜了這麽大片腹地～
房間冷氣噪音非常大！更換房間一樣～
陽台的座椅都是砂石灰塵…根本無法使用。
一整晚被冷氣噪音影響根本無法完全入眠。
沒有感受到服務人員的用心及溫度！
整潔有待加強。害我尋麻疹上身。傻眼🙄
短時間內不會再到訪….希望業者用心經營。

不知是長期還是最近比較熱才這樣，晚上總共跳電了三次雖然時間不長，但是斷電時整個房間都是暗的，小朋友有被驚嚇到，早上吃早餐的時候也只有電風扇沒有冷氣
