Clean and spacious hotel within walking distance to high end residents of Taichung. Walking distance to public transportation.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Street noise is a tiny concern for those living on the 10th floor or lower (I didn't experience much street noise living on the 16th floor during my second stay).

Impeccable.

Room and furniture designs are a little old. Room space is huge though. Simple basic room for a nights good rest.

Good value

Extremely friendly and helpful stuff members and at an excellent location. Clean and spacious restroom and nice showers. Two minor problems, one is lack of hooks to hang used towels so have to ask replacements every day, hassle for guests and hotel staff. The second one is not so exciting breakfast baffet.

The location is excellent. It is 6-minute walk from The Shui An Temple Station (Green line MRT).The large food retail Carefour is 5 minute walk from the hotel. The free breakfast has so many varieties. From porridge with pork floss, pickles, nut, salad, bread, boiled eggs, fried noodles, soya milk, etc.

Conveniently located right by MRT with easy access to the city. Room is equipped with a work station to work and a comfy chair to read which should be a MUST since nowadays people work remotely and do not want to use public business lounge. Room is spacious, however the wall between rooms is not adequately soundproofed. Our room is facing the MRT elevated tracks, which is surprisingly quiet. However, the traffic noise from the street below is amplified by the surrounding tall buildings and MRT structure. Even with fairly decent window soundproofing, the traffic noise can still be heard. Overall, hotel is dusty. Don't know if it's a Taichung thing or a house keeping issue. And the strong odor in the elevators is off-putting.

Rooms are spacious & posh, but could Use a little tidying up as it’s slightly dusty in the room.....

High CP business hotel with nice environment & location.

The hotel was good except that we boomed for 5 people and only had 2 queen size beds. Extra bd ed was not a available since staff had go e home amd it would require that additional money be paid for the extra roll away bed. How can one book for 5 and only have accommodations for 4? Syaff brought up additional pillow and blanket with toothbrush and razor.

Nothing to note. A very basic hotel with few amenities. The breakfast was poor and served in a crowded and chaotic room. The gym was terrible. Would not return to this location.

We like the newly renovated spacious room and all the provisions. Reasonablygood breakfast. Two things for improvement : 1.Counter staff service standard is very basic, more training required. 2. The check in time is at 4 pm which is not mentioned in Hotel.com portal and neither is a general standard. We are turned away at 3pm after a tired arrival. After returning to the hotel at 4 pm, the origina assigned room was still not available and we are given another room. This arrangement is not fair to the guests.

If you are driving, this is a great stay. They have free parking and all local attractions a short ride away with cheap parking. The hotel Ian comfortable and clean. No butter for toast at breakfast. That was the only down side! I would recommend.

Considered as new hotel, equals great hotel!! Nearby has McDonald and convenient store.

Check-in counter staff was friendly though there was minimal room service. Great for its price.
