Travel Young

Location is great but facilities - not so much. Lift is next door but the staff asked us to use the stairs instead. I'm travelling with my senior parents and iirc I read that this hotel has a lift and that was one of the key reasons I booked this place. Turns out the lift is out of bounds and we had to climb 3 floors every single time except during check in and check out (because we had luggage). Booked a quad room but towels, bottled water and toiletries were only given 2 sets. Requested for cleaning service after 2 nights and the cleaning staff threw away my interdental brushes (I wear braces) but not my ortho toothbrush (I put everything in the cup they provided😑). The brushes ain't cheap and I'm baffled as to how did the staff decide which items are considered 'trash'. Sound insulation is non existent. you could hear noise from the next room. Thank god everyone were generally quiet. The only good things: Quiet neighbourhood, family mart downstairs, near MRT station. All in all I would not recommend, because of my experience here.

my room was upgraded from one with no windows to one with windows...although i really one the one with no windows because i love it when its really dark during sleep, i still appreciate the gesture of having it upgraded...thanks!

Convenient. Good location with great staff.

We were pleased to have clean comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. We wish we had known in advance there was not an elevator. It would also to be good to make Sure the guests know to put the key in the slot near the door for the electricity to work.

Location. Very close to Sanduo MRT and light rail as well. 3 shopping centres within walking distance. A few convenience stores around with a Family Mart right beside. A unique Family Mart not far away having a self laundry service within the shop. There are nice sitting areas with hot drink service while waiting for your laundry. Otherwise, the room seems average. Don't like the ceiling, too low. Very cooling fridge. Water pressure is strong. There are toys for kids to borrow. Helpful staff.

i booked a standard double room with no windows and i loved that it was so dark with the lights off i was able to sleep tha whole day...the room was clean except from the shoe marks left on the white walls...bed was comfortable and sheets were soft and clean...there was a scented sticks in the corner of the room that smelled so good...bathroom was clean but one of the towels smelled of smoke...location is good,just a few steps from FE21 Mega...sorrounding was quiet and safe...i would definitely be staying again...

the location is good, next to a shopping mall and Train station. nearby also have shops selling movies and attractions, buffet for wholesale price. meaning, u can buy the tickets there and it is cheaper than buying at the ticket booth. they are two retaurants below the hotel worth trying and one burger cafe must try. the room is small and low ceiling. those abv 1.88m may have problems in the room. also accessing the toilet in the room is troublesome as u need to step down and then step up again. the apartments security is more friendly than the owner of this converted homestay.

I like the location very near to the mrt, shopping malls. The room is big and new with most necessaries provided. The only thing is the lift is at the side of the building, you can't walk from the reception area. Hotel rooms are on level 1,2,3. Family mart(convenient store) is just two shops away. I will stay again.

We know we will be having 2 Double beds but we were very surprised to see the spacious of the room! Staffs were very friendly and helpful too! Location also very near to the train station! The only side back was there was not a single hook in the big shower room to hook our clothes which created inconvenience when we needed to bath.... overall we were still very happy with our stayed with the Travel Young!

Location is excellent and there is a lift. There is a Family Mart and a cafe below. I would recommend this place.

Travel Young was very good for a budget hotel. I can definitely recommend it. Nice large bathroom and shower. Our room was clean and simple and of acceptable size. Hotel staff was helpful. Good location near San Duo Subway, MEGA mall and Sky Tower 85.

Location is excellent with easy access to shopping mall and underground subway.

Hotel was close to sanduo shopping district train stn - about 5min walk. Staff is helpful and introduced me to the nearby market. Room size is decent for the price paid, clean and has all the necessities i need. Only down side is that the bathtub has no shower curtain.

Charming employee cares important, lovely, impressive atmosphere. In short, GREAT! They are very friendly and helpful. Just say what you want and they will try their best to help you.

The hotel location is good as just few minutes walk to the station. Overall conditions is good but no facilities at all. If you looking for place for sleep only, it is a good choice with the cheap price.

Everything was great but better improvement can be made on the bedding and pillows quality
