Room was dirty, bathtub is broken and we almost fell because the carpet is uneven

The hotel was in very bad condition, carpets stained, wall paint falling off, smelled like cigarettes and mold… there was even a hole on my poor, very poorly “fixed”- how this hotel make it on expedia and remained on it is beyond me.

The hotel smelled like smoke, even when I asked for non smoking room. The carpet on hallways were so dirty and stained. Beds really uncomfortable and the bed sheets had cigarette burns. I would not recommend this hotel at all

It’s no breakfast, but only coffee all day, the room keeps clean daily, the staff are very nice to help you.

Horrible experience. My first room had a strong smoke smell even though it is suppose to be smoke free. The hotel is next to an adult store and the hotel offers hourly room, so you know what it means. Not a family friendly hotel and not recommend to others.

Very convenient to travel by bus around Taipei. Hotel itself in a good area but feels not so clean as i felt it should be. May be due to renovation. It did not mentioned while booking so bit dissapointed. Other than that all ok.

The room and the common areas smelled of cigarette smoke all the time, which was very uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't good.

Located on a corner lot and easy access to places They do provide free breakfast, and it is great. Room service and cleaning do need some improvement. Overall is great stay.

Every night of my stay, police always showed up to remove prostitutes from various rooms on my floor. There was always loud screaming noise coming from various rooms all night. This was because of the prostitution happening. In addition to this, the property is outdated and dirty. The room ceiling paint was peeling off, so was the paint on the walls. The walls were dirty. It was also impossible to take a shower as there were no curtains or door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so when you took a shower, the entire bathroom and all of your stuff got wet. The showerhead was so low that you had to squat to take a shower. The hotel is located in an area where there is no metro. The metro is very far from this property, at least a 20 minute walk through a desolate area. This is really a low level hotel. The good thing is that they offer a breakfast in the lobby, but you must get there early or all of the items will be gone and you will end up ending just bread for breakfast.

The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself is quite run down. It seemed that they had had a huge water leak not long ago and the corridor carpet and ceiling were full of stains and smelling mould. The room was smelly as well if you didn’t keep the window open all the time.

The hotel people are very nice and helpful offered us a nice upgrade for almost nothing. You get a free breakfast. Had a balcony . The rooms are older but for the price it was a great night

Room is clean and comfortable. The staff was great. The food was standard. A tad far from the trains but close to a great park that’s worth visiting. The location is discreet with a separate entrance to the rooms from the lobby.

The staff is so approchable and helping us beyond the expectations. Their food is amazing. Even the location is a little bit far from the MRT station but the bus is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for a budget friendly with an excellent service.
