dirty dirty dirty :( even after requesting house keeping several times the room was dirty, dusty, smelly and damp.

Located on a corner lot and easy access to places They do provide free breakfast, and it is great. Room service and cleaning do need some improvement. Overall is great stay.

Every night of my stay, police always showed up to remove prostitutes from various rooms on my floor. There was always loud screaming noise coming from various rooms all night. This was because of the prostitution happening. In addition to this, the property is outdated and dirty. The room ceiling paint was peeling off, so was the paint on the walls. The walls were dirty. It was also impossible to take a shower as there were no curtains or door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so when you took a shower, the entire bathroom and all of your stuff got wet. The showerhead was so low that you had to squat to take a shower. The hotel is located in an area where there is no metro. The metro is very far from this property, at least a 20 minute walk through a desolate area. This is really a low level hotel. The good thing is that they offer a breakfast in the lobby, but you must get there early or all of the items will be gone and you will end up ending just bread for breakfast.

The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself is quite run down. It seemed that they had had a huge water leak not long ago and the corridor carpet and ceiling were full of stains and smelling mould. The room was smelly as well if you didn’t keep the window open all the time.

The hotel people are very nice and helpful offered us a nice upgrade for almost nothing. You get a free breakfast. Had a balcony . The rooms are older but for the price it was a great night

Room is clean and comfortable. The staff was great. The food was standard. A tad far from the trains but close to a great park that’s worth visiting. The location is discreet with a separate entrance to the rooms from the lobby.

The staff is so approchable and helping us beyond the expectations. Their food is amazing. Even the location is a little bit far from the MRT station but the bus is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for a budget friendly with an excellent service.

Can be cleaner

Very disappointed as it doesn’t match my expectations.

It was extremely smokey. I mean, intense. We could see it in the air. Breakfast is wonderful. Good location. Great water pressure, even on the 9th floor. This is good value for money. If you are sensitive to smoke, you will have it every time you walk through the front door, get on the elevator, probably in your room, and even at breakfast when someone comes through the door (we just sat away from the door and it was fine). If you are a smoker, perhaps this is the perfect place to stay and asphixiate yourself. Lol.

Not much choices for western style breakfast but kitchen ladies work very hard to maintain variety of dishes for traditional Chinese style everyday. Minimum amenities in the room. Clean and comfy bed. Elevators are outside the hotel, don’t feel safe for the guests control.

My stay here wasn’t the best, check-in was ok but once I got off the elevator to find my room, my first sight was heaps of dirty towels I guess left in the hallway by housekeeping. The smell from the carpet in the hallway was bad, it was torn at several places with large stains and dirty watermarks. I only got housekeeping once during my stay and that was only after I asked. I guess I didn’t know that I needed to ask for housekeeping if I needed one. I think this hotel management can do better at making their customers more comfortable.

Compare to its price, this hotel is great. Friendly staff, breakfast buffet. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for cheap and good facilities hotel. But if anyone who is looking for fancy hotels, this is not the one.

Old hotel that needs renovations, property doesn't look clean due to age of the building. Staff are nice and will try accommodating and attending to your needs right away. Doesn't look safe as there is another entrance not in view of the staff tho elevator is card activated but anyone can ride with you and go on the same floor.

Room had no closet; tiny fridge that didn't get cold even on high; no safe; they only give bath towels; no other towels; mattress was hard; pillows hard, bath room was a tub with no curtain or anything so the water gets everywhere; bathroom door creaked and made popping noise everyone you close it; wifi went out everyday in my room so I had to reset the box everyday; internet was slow as dialup; room door lock didn't work so the door was unlocked every time they cleaned the room. What else... Jeez

The corridors smelled of smoke and other things. We only got two large towels. There were no wash rags. I did ask for hand towels and got them. The Chinese breakfasts were very good. It advertises Western breakfast also, but it is white toast and coffee. :) There are two Walker Hotels 25 minutes away from each other. I think they should mark them 1 and 2 or something.
