The room is very good, clean, tidy, and new. But the staff at the hotel don't like to help. I asked for water and they didn't bring it to me. There are two women downstairs who only sit if they are surprised and don't like to do anything. One of them is really rude. The price is good for the value! It's just a shame that their service is really not good here.

But on the day of check-in, it was raining and I was soaked. When I got to the counter, the staff just sat there and didn't rush to clean up the room even though I was soaking wet like a puppy that had fallen into the water.

The room on the cover, good care, good service, the first room where the air conditioner is leaking into the bed, then comes to change the room. But one female staff member looks dazed Called to ask for directions and answered quietly. Rest 3 days, 2 nights, day 2, call to ask if you stay or check out. In spite of having reserved 2 nights But overall is good, I like it very much, will come to stay again.
