Very nice hotel and we liked the room with pool. Our highlight was the equipped beach and the service offered there by the team of staff, always kind, smiling and helpful. The beach restaurant is pleasant, breakfast is the best. The menu is nothing special and the service is always kind and smiling but quite slow.

Thoughtful staff and great facilities that were well designed and comfortable. Food was excellent and had great variety which suited our palette. Beach access was amazing and allowed for a peaceful and lovely retreat.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated, great attention to details and amazing customer service The private pool was lovely and the infinity pool was the highlight. Breakfast was very good, great selection, with a lot of a la carte options.

Place was great, very quiet if your looking to be around nothing that’s that place

Fabulous! We staying in a 3-bdr beach villa with pool and it was absolutely perfect for a family with kids to chill and relax for a few days after a long trip from Ireland. Food was fantastic especially their multiple Vegan and vegetarian options.

very serene property good for those who wanted a quiet place. beach is very nice nothing much to do here just.chill and relax. if ur going for first time to phuket to see attractions then stay at patong or karon area. this place is for someone who come to enjoy beaches, landscapes, less crowded and serene atmosphere with lot of green.

Gorgeous absolutely stunning with excellent service, great breakfast and beautiful pool/facilities. Easy to grab taxi outside of resort. Will come back 💗

Really lovely hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms with small pool. Very relaxing place not too far from Phuket. Staff were very helpful and even arranged a Muay Thai session for my son. The only small gripe was the music that was in the restaurant was like lift music and seemed to be on a loop so the same tunes played repeatedly. It seemed really out of context for such an excellent hotel

The resort itself is quite nice if you like being remote - so remote Grab services don’t operate there. There’s a very small mini mart 2 mins up the road but otherwise not a lot within walking distance. The staff keep the beach in front of the resort clean, but if you walk further up the beach in each direction there is lots of trash which is such a shame and does ruin the tranquil vibe. The food was all pretty awful. The worst pasta dishes I have ever had, and the massaman curry was stupidly spicy. Breakfast was alright, but my poached eggs were so undercooked. The staff were nice and accomodating. The room was quite good and we enjoyed the private pool. The shower drain did not work so started to pool in the bottom so can’t have a long shower, or a daily shower as it doesn’t drain in time. The water was also cold.

Our room was cozy, quiet and well decored. The one drawback we had was the high cost of their transportation service compared to cheaper outside options.

Aleenta was exceptional. The attention to detail incredible: beautiful bags already packed with towels waiting in the rooms for guests to take to the beach and pajamas for guests waiting in their wardrobes are some of the lovely touches you will see here. The staff were so thoughtful and accommodating too. It was a truly restful and relaxing experience here

I am gold member of hotels.com and I have been to many hotel, this is my first comment o. Hotels.com since this hotel is way too disappointing. We book this hotel for our family holiday, since there is one day our room type is not available so we will have to switch room in the middle of our stay. 1. Both of our stay meet the late check in issue. The room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check in time, this is not acceptable since it’s a beach resort only place we can stay is hotel instead of go out to shopping, and one night is over 24000 bhat. So while we waiting for the room we already wasted over 3000bhat . After the first check in delay, the receptionist promised us to have the check in on time the next day, but again the check in time is over an hour late. 2. Even late check in the room is not quite ready. did not replace toilet paper in one of the toilet , missing items in the mini bar and dint refill ( if we didn’t report that it might be charged) , there are many dead bug on the floor and did not clear up. There is opened drinks in fridge the previous customer left over 3. Our swimming pool is dead water and the pool pump is broken 4.there is a step level different on the property floor but same color and texture, without signs even day time we hardly see the step, my mother fallen few times. 5. The water bath water in the room is very salty almost like sea water, we need to use drinkable water to brush
