Room cleaning wasn’t exactly the best, only came in on the first evening to do bedding before sleep other nights never came

The coast side view is amazing. The beach is beautiful and water is so clear. It is a good choice if you want to find a less people place to relax. Massage and spa inside resort is great. Although you got not much restaurant choices nearby hotel, food inside resort is delicious. Definitely will book again if coming back to Phuket again.

The hotel location is far from town, but it is suitable for people who looks for a quiet place for vacation. Beautiful sea view and spacious room. Spa service is very relaxing. I'll be back again!

訂住了Grand Deluxe Pool Villa，房間相當不錯，泳池夠大，房間內亦很整潔，酒店員工態度友善有禮，酒店餐廳食物美味，食物種類偏向健康食材，很滿意，酒店位置比較偏遠，不過我們是自駕所以比較方便，酒店整體感覺寧靜舒適！

its quite remote, 1 hr 15 mins drive from Patong beach, a half hour from the airport, the beach is nice, privacy is good in own villa, but if you want more activities in Phuket town or Patong beach, there are other choices within 1-hour drive

酒店整體很滿意，如果在房間泳池旁設有掛衣架更佳，讓住客可以曬泳衣。酒店應該加開幾班車去旅遊地點，酒店內可增施7-11，譲住客可以買零食

Staff is great, the room has enough space and privacy. There are very few restaurants nearby, which is quite expected.

Very nice resort, staff is friendly but it is a bit far away from all the attraction and no convenience store around. ButI do highly recommend this resort because the beach is super nice and clean.

This is a wonderful resort for couple to chill out and relax. The staffs service was great and the enviornment was so good too. It’s a good place for sunset! The only disadvantage is there is nothing to do around the resort, have to take take to Phuket.

Very nice environment with beautiful sea view and excellent pool. Staffs provided very warm services and all of them were friendly. We were very satisfied with the beach dinner and decorations in our pool suite. Everything was prefect!!

Fd had his wedding here. Overall a great stay, good spot for getaways

酒店環境比較偏僻附近沒有什麼東西，走路10分鐘左右會有餐廳，如果出外記得要租車，可以問酒店借單車或租摩托車500THB一天。 酒店餐廳價格比較貴，但水準都不錯。 房內有泳池，及露天浴缸，房內乾淨整潔，每天都有新鮮水果贈送，記得一定要訂酒店的早餐，而且要看餐單，因為主菜都在餐單上。 值得一提的是入住當天是生日，我們有在訂房中提到今天是生日，晚上收到蛋糕非常窩心，落機時間是凌晨，到達酒店已經五點，本來打算在大堂上休息數小時之後出海玩，酒店員工非常有善，邀請我們到休息室稍作休息，直到早上七點我們就出海玩，下午六點我們回到酒店行李已經送到房間。 房間內什麼東西都有，沒有牙刷，記得自備。 房間內床舖非常舒服，一下子就睡着了。 從機場去酒店是從去哪兒app租車前往，轉巴東酒店是從飞豬app定攀牙周邊用車，價格比較貴，2xx人民幣，攀牙附近酒店不是所有旅行社都會接送，如果要出去玩我們是訂了自由兔公司。 希望到之後前往酒店的旅客有所幫助。

整個酒店設備及房間都不錯, 地點偏遠都沒問題, 反正是一早知道的, 反而就是員工的服務略為有點不夠, 態度不夠親切及貼心 我們訂的那種villa, 最後他們都不是給我們要求的那一種, 又說話如果要我們訂的那一隻, 就要我們再多等幾個小時, 我們只好接受不是我們訂的那一種, 然後在房時, 員工在介紹房間時一起試的jacuzzi, 本身以為是壞了, 之後他們說會找人來維修,但最後住了兩天一晚沒有來過, 當中我們有催促過, 但回復是已經叫維修人員on the way來...

First of all, the resort's "hardware" is beyond our expectation : our private pool villas is really nice with a very comfortable bed. And the overall environment is beyond our expectation too! However, their "software" aka their staff, really get to our nerve EVERYDAY!!! The staff seriously prefer to serve the westerner guests first instead of Asian guests!! One time we went to the beach, the staff even have eye contact with us when we enter the beach, however he take no action and we even need to take the towel by ourselves from the counter! After 1 mins, another westerner couple enter the beach, the same staff rush out to serve them, bring them towel and volunteer adjust the beach umbrella for them!!! Another example, amoung 3 days of our breakfast in the restaurants, we need to keep calling for the waiter for coffee/tea and on the 1st day of our breakfast (we arrived the restaurant at 9:50am) no one serve us and we even don't know we can order a main course for our breakfast!!!! And I remember one of the staff called "YING" we are being treated so bad by her everyday and she even give us a discontented face once we ask question about the breakfast option!!! This 2 incident are just an example for our encounter with the hotel staffs, we have unhappy experience with the staff EVERYDAY during our stay and I can't list out all in here!! I really don't want to use the word "discrimination" for the service but this is actually what we felt during our stay!!
