The service at this place was amazing. Poli, the reception took great care of me. I had an issue with the room and the staff went above and beyond to fix it and even changed my room. The location is very convenient and is walking distance from BTS. I had a great stay.

This was my 2nd time to stay here. I choose this place bcoz it’s near the BTS station, 2 big malls, 7/11, and cafes. I had a concert in QSNCC, so this place was perfect. The room was big enough for one person. The aircon is great. Nice bed. The staffs were very friendly. But it needs a lil bit maintenance in the bathroom especially the shower and its cleanliness.

Location is great. You can walk to M district & BTS around 8min. Outside the hotel, you can find lot of street food stalls, also 7/11 mini market. The front door & sign are small, so the first time I came, I almost missed it. However, the room itself are clean, quite helpful with the kitchen set to reheat some food, have refrigerator. The bathroom also clean.

Arawana Express Phromphong, lokasi sangat strategis, hanya beberapa puluh meter masuk dari Sukhumvit street (prime street). Jalan kaki 5 menit menuju stasiun BTS Phromphong. Sebelah hotel ada 711 buka 24 jam, produk lengkap, khususnya makanan untuk breakfast maupun supper, jika lapar. Jalan kaki 10 menit ada Mall EmQuartier, food court kelas menengah ke atas. Jika ingin food court yang kelas menengah ke bawah, naik BTS menuju Stasiun Stadium, Anda akan tiba di MBK mall, persis di depan gedung MBK mall sebelum masuk mal ada lift kaca, masuk & naik ke lantai 6, langsung terlihat food court dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau, antara Bath 40-100, lebih murah jauh dibanding makan di Food Court mall Jakarta. such a cozy hideout in prime location as well. many local shops and street food joints nearby! can be a tad noisy at night due to the close proximity to the main street and sky train but it’s not that big of a problem for me after an exhausting long day of exploring

There is a comfortable check-in waiting area. The receptionist talked well. In the room looks good, has a kitchen zone if it is clean in the elevator Walkway before entering the room And the floor in the room Shower enclosure, derailment door And water leaking out the toilet zone After the housekeeper comes to clean (sleep 2 nights) in the shower, when showering, do not drain into the pipe. Because there are clogged hair fragments We have to wash it out ourselves.
