I stayed in this hotel for two days. The staff are quite disappointing as they didn’t understand what I was saying. Locks in the room is bad, try stoped the hot water the day I was leaving and stopped the hair dyer the day I was leaving. Overall I didn’t have a good experience at the place

Had a good experience. Really value for money. Best part is it is close to the beach. You can even reach to the walking street by taking a 10mins walk. Would recommend to the people who are looking for both short / long stay options.

Clean, affordable. On second road, easy to catch baht bus and get around. Western style bathrooms. No gym or pool. AC is good. Second stay here. I find it comfortable enough to catch up on my jet lag.

Well located on the roadside of the 2nd Road. This hotel is easy to access, surrounded with eateries, ATM & convenience store right opposite. Bed is comfortable, ample power points, bathroom adequate. I'm impressed with the sound insulation, despite next to the road, and a huge pub downstairs, I wasn't disturbed one bit.

I brought my son for his first trip to Thailand. The hotel was safe and clean. We were helped finding connections.

If you can escape the idea this Hotel has no lift you will enjoy your stay centrally located opposite Alcazar on Second Road

Loved the stay central to all the sightseeing...

The noise from the club next door was loud in the middle of the night unless your room was located on the other side of the hotel and if you have big baggage you would have to carry up the swirl stairs case. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Even I appreciate the low pricing, but I still have complains with cleanness of bathroom and the small room space. Btw, They have good staffs.

It's a two-floor hotel that sits on top of some rather noisy bars. Don't plan on sleeping before 3 in the morning. If you are, you're doing it wrong. Perfect for single traveler on a budget.

Nice hotel near the beach and nightlife. Only negative feedback about this hotel is that there was no elevator.

Very good hotel only 1 drawback no lift. You have to count the step on staircase lol.

Great location. A bit noisy but to be expected because of location. Small room but has all that require. Bathroom could use more light for mirror, shower was good. A lift would have been good got a bit sick of the stairs.

Such a short stay cant say much,but overall ok.need to stay longer, intent to do that,if time permits

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and it is a good clean and well positioned smallhotel. However, the noise coming through the thin walls, and from the local bars was considerable. This did not bother us so much but maybe it's not for some. But for the very cheap price I paid I had no real complaints. PPlease be aware that there is no lift at the hotel, and the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor are very steep! We were on the 3rd floor!!

LOCATİON İS EASY AND CLOSE BY a.c.NORTH BUS STATİON; ALSO JUST ACROSS THE ROAD FAMOUS CABARET ALCAZAR AND NEXT TO İT SHOPPİNG MALL WİTH STALLS IN IT "CENTRAL CENTER"; DO NOT EVER DREAM OF SWİMMİNİNG İN PATTAYA BEACH AS MOTORS AROUND. chairs on beach but you ll be annoyed cleanless of beach. you can go TEDDY BEAR MUSEUM ON PATTAYA BEACH or ART IN PARADİSE beside ALCAZAR CABARET. Sancutuary of truth is close by but need tuk tuk ride. We have chosen Bett pattaya for this location. Room was clean nice but very small room with amazing air condition and smallest refigirator,hot water but narrow sink ever I have ever seen. no sea view just a.c. view; so ıt is best to stay ıf you need one night accomodation otherwise for a long holiday you wont get best sleep because of after-midnight-guests.as ıt says not a loud music around but the people coming after 1 a.m. their laughs, loud groanings may disturbs you. definitely not family hotel. ın the morning people were around underwears. Go-go bar girls were leaving as well. I would pefer dorm.ın a hostel :(
