The staff are lovely. The hotel prepared the information for the stay very well and clearly. No need to ask any questions. The room is very clean, no dust at all. The room is very spacious. The location is good, very convenient for those who come to apply for a UK visa. The hotpot in front of the hotel is delicious. There is a 7-Eleven and Amazon under the building. It's really good. I really recommend it.

The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels that I have stayed at with the same star size. The bathroom was wide and nice. wide swimming pool There is a lot of equipment in the exercise room. There are staff available to give advice. There is a 7-Eleven under the building, parking, and restaurants near the accommodation. There is a free Tesco Lotus shuttle service (but haven't used the service yet). The staff are smiling and helpful. The overall picture is very okay. Definitely have to go back.

Really awful service. The staff would do anything not to accommodate your needs! Late checkout? Nah Want to use the gym after checkout for 30 mins? No Leave your bags in reception overnight since I am travelling out of town? No! The rooms are ok. Beds arent comfortable. The location is not good either.

Amazing staff who are very kind. They make you feel at home. Area is not commercial and rather real regular people of Bangkok live. So you really get to see how people live and it’s great to be in the area. Rooms are much larger that most hotels and short-term rentals for the same price.

For the Price, it was just OK. The staff was very kind and helpful and I was really grateful for the free shuttle service. It was also very convenient to have a 7-11 next door. The downside for me was the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the sofa during my 4 night stay. I also didn't require maid service during my stay which seemed to annoy the staff (a somewhat nasty note was slipped under my door saying this was not exceptable and they needed access to the room - whatever) Different country, different rules. Overall, the price was very affordable, so a decent budget choice.
