Very good location !!! Great location, easy to find, beautifully decorated hotel. The staff at the front is lovely. There are a lot of foreign guests. The people here are mostly foreigners, but they all care about their customers. All staff take good care. Be greeted throughout the room clean. Medium swimming pool But the surrounding area was good. Breakfast is not enough. If there is a chance to return to the course again.

The hotel is very grand, particularly the lobby. Room was nice and spacious with huge comfy bed. We got lucky with balcony with pool view (only on 3rd floor - most rooms won't have this). The room is quite dated and certain aspects are in need of renovation, particularly the bathroom. No wifi which is kinda crazy for a hotel like this at this price! Pool area really nice, and always quiet. I'd probably say a bit overpriced and in need of some investment and modernization.

The Hotel is in perfect location but quite difficult to communicate with them due to language barrier. Tour agent at the hotel charge unreasonable price so better look outside for package arrangement. Comfortable and no issue with wifi during my stay for 6 days. Hotel clean and tidy.

To clean the nook, refrigerator, bed, bathroom, taps, swing, hard, friction, cold shower. Hot water is only available in the basin. Food corner The shuffle is not grouped so it is easy to find. Service must also improve.

The Chiang Mai Plaza is a quiet relaxing spot close to the Night Bazaar. The lobby is massive and is beautifully decorated with classic thai figures. The rooms haven't been renovated recently but are clean. As a frequent guest sometimes check in can be difficult but it seems to have improved this trip. The pool is great and the staff are friendly.

The Chiang Mai Plaza has a beautiful lobby with great antiques displayed all over the first floor. In the evening, they have some very nice music played with traditional Thai instruments for a couple hours. The pool is very nice and the breakfast quite nice. The furniture is quite old but attractive if you like that type of atmosphere. I do. However the hotel lacks the hospitality that a great hotel always has. I travel in Thailand once to twice a month and the Chiang Mai Plaza is the only place that has refused to give me a double bed, even when requested beforehand. Probably for the same reason, I and other customers have had to wait 20-30 minutes or longer to check in. Both these reasons are enough to drive customers away to more modern and friendly hotels. Because I like the older furnishings, the lobby and the pool, I visit this hotel fairly often however, be aware that there are customer service and most likely management problems with this place.

Since that trip alone To Smoking Booked a 1 single bed, but the hotel had a double. And say If you want to book a single bed, a second person is traveling alone. Breakfast alone And big comfortable bed yet.
