Loved the concept of serving Beers/ wine as drinks on arrival never saw it any other hotel in Asia. Beautiful pool and cheap drinks by the bar. Fah at Breakfast was very helpful and smiling , they offer Select Guests choice of additional dishes from Breakfast menu. Turn down service with chocolates at the rate I paid is impressive- maybe Hotels in Thailand strive a lot to make people happy. The bed and pillows ere best- staff informed they were used by all reputed brand hotels.

Needed a place last minute, and Citrus was available. Took a chance and it worked out great. What you want to know; bed was comfy, room clean, customer service great, price was great (4 bits), and room was modern. Its definitely a four star room. I will stay there again. Also, they gave me late check out upon request and the TV seemed great, but didnt watch so dont know channel selections.

Long story short. Is this really a 5-star hotel? It's a very bad experience. Parking is hard to find, understandably limited. Can drive to the front of the building, less than 10 full cars, security guards Go around the back of the building, there will be people waiting to find a parking space for you. When you reach the security guard Tell me to go to the front of the new building, this place is full 😒 Keep going again, free to set up a cone to reserve for other customers. So I asked to park for a while. Take a shower before continuing your journey. The security staff therefore parked the room, beautiful, good, complete equipment. but the towel is too black or not dare to use Do you have bleach for hotels? The last story, the dining room, the staff are terrible, show off. We just booked and didn't know that breakfast was not included. The staff told me to pay more money. Late in service, late check-in, arrive at almost 5:00 p.m. The room has not been completed, requesting a king size, no arrival, but the staff informs that the housekeeper will prepare a double bed. then push it close with new bedding In summary, waited for a very long time. There was no maid to come until I did it myself and opened it to the room. take off shoes on the floor feel the dust That's a lot. You have to open the door behind the room. for ventilation And no matter how much I call, no one answers the phone.
