I really like this place. Warm welcome and good service. Nice to meet the owner, great service. Suit for private relaxing. Slow life and nice view. Clean room, nice environment, friendly owner and good breakfast. Very conveniant to go travel around Chiang Dao. Very pleasant stays and would stay again when visit there. The only downside thing is an extra bed, it was too hard if they can improve this, it will be the best.

Chiang Dao Hut Resort
The bungalow was pretty average although the location was really nice. It was quite small and the bed was basically a mattress on the floor. The bathroom was a bit run down although there was plenty of hot water. The structure needed a bit of an upgrade. It wasn't too bad but should have been a bit cheaper than the price I paid. Breakfast was included, was OK and although included only instant coffee, they made me a fresh coffee when I requested it.

Monkiangdao Resort and Homestay
I may have been the only customer that night. So I had to call the hotel, as there was nobody around and all lights were off. However, the phone was answered immediately, someone arrived very soon, and checked me in in under two minutes. I had some delicious breakfast (not included in the price, but available and cheap regardless) watching Chiang Dao mountain. The room was spacious, clean, sheets freshly laundered, and WiFi was fast enough for a quick video call home. Overall, I was very satisfied, and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.
