Rooms were clean and a good size,wifi good and staff helpful. Downside was we had a less than average with no power and cold water. When we asked for it to be looked at we had hot water for 1 shower before it returned to cold. In the end we just made do. The pool is nearly all shaded so not ideal if you arelooking to sunbathe all day. Close to some good restaurant's and bars

The hotel is in the heart of Lamai. It is 30 min taxi ride from airport and harbour (transfer to koh tao and koh phangan). Hotel can organize a transfer on request (150 bhat/person to harbour). There is seven eleven grocery store and pharmacy at 100 m walking distance. The breakfast offered is slightly expensive for Thai standards but excellent if you are bored of eating Thai. The hotel can organize a bike for you (250 bhat/24 hours usage). You don't need to keep your passport as a deposit unlike any other bike rental shop in Samui. The sunday street food market in and main shopping street can be reached by foot in 10-15 min. The hotel is clean with a very friendly staff. The rooms are quiet, although I must mention our room was in the corner and at backside. It is worth the price.

We enjoy very much staying in Crystal Lamai Hotel, clean and spacious room. It is located near the market place and walking dstance to Wkkend Market bazaar.The only setback is overhead shower which is old style. swimming pool is good size. Price is right . No hair dryer in the room and must request from the reception.

Good new hotel. Big room Good bed shower nice bathroom .I rented scooter to get to beach no problem too far to walk only transport taxi 200 VS. Swimming pool nice fitness room and spa reasonable. Definitely worth a stay price is within limits...

Really nice new hotel everything in new working condition pool is nice as well.The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are comfortable the shower worked well lots of room to move inside.
This Hotei is 30 minute walk(10 minute by scooter) to main drag beach area however the rented scooter was handy to get around didn't see any bicycles around and it's 200 BA for taxi one way to Lamai Beach.

A very good pool but no towels available while we were there maybe because this is serviced apartments not a hotel.
Parking is almost non existent and no lifts available for people with little strength.
Remember this is not a hotel.
