Overall a perfect place to stay. Room is perfect, the pool is really clean and nice.. Staff is really polite and helpful Location is just walk away from every main attractions. 711 is just across the street. For me its 10 on 10

Hotel booking was a little chaotic but after they fixed the issue all went well. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also located in a central area where you can walk to the beach and shop around

Very friendly and accomidating staff, quick with responding and very helpful with getting us booked in last minute due to unforeseen circumstances with a previous alterant hotel booking! Rooms are clean and very spacious

Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was nice, but some of the staff were undertrained and had no idea about my deposit.

Super clean, good location, facilities were really good, really enjoyed the pool area. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel also offers a laundry services which was really convenient and cheap.

Location great, breakfast basic and simple. Neighbour close door very loud, awaken many times thruout out stay. Staffs spoken Chinese and English quite good.

Great cheap stay, location was far from the beach and after staying 5 nights the walk became a struggle. Some aspects of the hotel were a little run down, overall great for what we paid for.

Spacios rooms with great AC.. All tourist attraction are nerby

Great location. Walking dinstance from the city center (10 min) in a quiet and nice block. very good value. big rooms, very clean and stylish.

Need to allow extra pillow besides that all good...........

Great place to get around the city. Not exactly cozy... Close to shops and restaurants. Not close to airport or ports.

De Coze' is in a fairly dodgy part of Patong - which is dodgy enough to begin with - and not a place I would ever stay again. The first thing I noticed was that the power only worked intermittently. The second was that our room had bed bugs! Aside from that, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the hotel was incredibly noisy - from the surrounding area, other guests and the air con which was ridiculously loud - and the room, while nicely decorated, was pretty uncomfortable. Find somewhere else to stay.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, even letting me use a receptionists computer (as the customer computers were out of order) for checking in my flight and printing boarding passes. Easy to book trips/excursions with. The room had everything we needed: big bed, good shower (no bath though :-( ), safe (however wasn't fixed to the wall!), air con, balcony, tea/coffee making facilities. The room could be improved by cleaning behind the bed, shelf/window ledges too, as they were pretty dusty. The room was cleaned and replenished everyday, however they were very tight with toilet paper! Only one key-card permitted "to save the planet" according to the staff (people would go out otherwise I assume leaving electrical items running). This wasn't too much of a problem really because we would have gone out leaving the air con on if we were able to - I see their point! This didn't bother us. The hotel breakfast is basic and boring-it is the same every day, lack of choice. It's about 15min walk to the beach from this hotel which was good for us. The hotel is situated in a main part of town but down a side street so was very quiet and safe. I would stay here again. Overall, great holiday. Another tip-if u need a taxi to the airport, book it with reception in advance. We went to book one with them and it was almost like taxis were scarce. after several phone calls and stressed looking reception ladies and 30 minutes, a taxi turned up. peak traffic-6pm onwards AVOID This time!

A cheap budget hotel. Walking distance to the mall and beach. Very nice halal food restaurant near by. 7-11, pharmacy and message parlor just around the corner. Friendly and helpful front desk

We spend 3 day 2 night here since on Aug 28-30, 2015. Room condition quite unclean, smell dank and many dust with room not good enough maintained. they should fix this so much. (Room 503) Location : Quite and convenient. Overall hotel is good and chic style. Swimming pool is beautiful. Breakfast was nice and quite good. Service average.
