We have stayed at this hotel over 10 times when we are in Bangkok. The hotel is clean, great location, family friendly, great breakfast, and the staff are always helpful in many ways.
We arrived early on Friday at midday and were aloud to checkin and go straight to our room.

Nice hotel over all. Great location. Pool area was laid out nice. Only thing that bothered me was when we all went to check in. My brother went first so I stood in line to wait to be called next. The lady there completely ignored me and doesn’t call me up to check in. Then my husband walks up (her not knowing he’s my husband) asks him “ May I help you” which I then proceeded to walk up to her in front of him because we were together and the reservation was in my name. This surprised her. I thought this was rather rude. She thought I was Thai but I was not. Regardless, everyone should be treated the same way. We all did enjoy the breakfast buffet.

Room - I paid extra for better city view thinking might be a high floor but was just 9th floor.
Concierge was nice to help get recommendations and transportation.
Access card - seems like you have to activate the card each day which is not convenient as I expect the card to work at all times once checked in.

Reception Staff were helpful, Porters were very good. Hotel is spotlessly clean & so quiet.
The pool area was a pleasant surprise after exploring. A place of calm & seeing all the big buildings around as you rested.
The delicious iced water in reception & cookies were excellent. All in all a good stay in a safe area
