It was an exceptional stay at Dusit Thani. Location is ideal, away from the main walking street crowd, but still in the heart of Pattaya beach area. Staff were amazing and room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived early and they rushed to clean our room as soon as we got there, was in by 11am. Everyone was helpful from the beginning to the end of our 9 night stay. Booked out the tennis courts a couple of times. Beautiful!

No Breakfast

Surprisingly very poor for a Duset Thani. Rooms badly in need of refurbishment, shower heads faulty and tepid water, restaurant food average yet over priced and a very rude general manager.,if you want 5 star luxury forget this place and head somewhere else like the Royal Cliff.,

Clean, comfortable rooms, lovely pool and views over the bay, great location. Will stay again on our next visit.

A great hotel. Staff are excellent, really friendly and knowledgeable. We upgraded to a suite which was a little tired and outdated but the view from there more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend.

Premium Rooms are very nice comfortable bed and walk in shower, the location to get around is perfect right across the road Terminal 21 shopping mall and right on the beach road to all the shops bars and Restaurants, Dusit Thani north Pattaya my 2nd stay here lovely staff food was great swimming pools are lovely

Worse motel they gave us room had a thrown carpet . It worth $50 It’s not for the price we paid . Not recommended

The receptionist Nook is very helpful for issue I have , very warmly service

The staff on the fifth floor where my room was we're always jolly on the spot. They attended to all of my needs. They return the room to be immaculate condition every time they cleaned. They get my highest recommendation. I will see them again next year.

This hotel is showing its age. We were told we received an upgrade, with kitchen and living area adjoined as the hotel said they were booked. Unfortunately we ended up with a two twin beds, not the king that we requested. The bathroom only had a tub/shower which proved very hard as my husband has a disability with his leg, the water changed temperature constantly during your shower as well. The toilet stopped working and started flooding the floor…which took them all day before they actually repaired. They did reimburse me a bit…but from all the hotels I’ve stayed in over my many visits this won’t be on my list to stay again.

The view of the beach from the room was so impressive and peaceful.

Wonderful Stay.

Only problem was banging doors and traffic noise in the Pattaya side of the buildning. Overall it was good stay. Next time I want my room on the north side of the buildning.

We had a room overlooking the pool and beach, which was kept spotlessly clean every day. Due to having a sea view room, we were entitled to use the club lounge; which is well worth the little bit extra in cost. This comes with complimentary drinks and snacks each evening on the 08th floor, as well as a smaller breakfast area which is less crowded.

this is a beautiful hotel with everything you desire the welcome the friendly staff the location i would stay here again in a heart beat and have no problem recommending this hotel thank you for a wonderful stay
