The personnal attached tobthe club room and those at the pool were extremelly nice and helpfull

Very great location. Could improve on the hospitality. The hotel is old, thus we think it needs some renovation. There are a lot of things to do on the inside, so you never get bored! Kudos to the cleaning team that handled our room (211) for being friendly and more than capable to do their job!

North pattaya beach location close to terminal 21 with no road to cross to step on the beach, secret beach away from the bustle found steps down from the tennis courts, excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection of delicious options daily, gorgeous views of Pattaya beach coastline, lovely atrium and signature hotel smell with great air conditioning throughout. You definitely get what you pay for staying here but would say it was an expensive stay given it’s Thailand and if you can sacrifice a few things you for sure can save money staying elsewhere. Would only dock points for finding a used hat in a drawer that wasn’t ours and the carpets could be better cleaned.

Jeg har likt dette hotellet siden jeg først var her for 15 år siden. Utrolig snille og serviceinnstilte folk, god mat, fin beliggenhet og fine rom! Vi ble oppgradert og fikk ekstra plass, som var supert for ferien med en liten 2-åring.

Rooms are not clean. There were insects inside.

Dusit Thani Pattaya is a pleasant resort with very nice outdoor areas. The pools are good, and there are plenty of sunbeds available, which makes it easy to relax by the water. The common areas and lobby are spacious and well presented, and the overall resort layout is enjoyable. The rooms are of a good size, and I would recommend choosing a sea view room, as the location offers great views over the beach and coastline. The hotel is also well located, close to the beach, which is a clear plus. That said, the hotel is generally quite worn and feels dated. The air conditioning in the room was old-fashioned and did not work very well, which affected comfort, especially given the climate. Overall, this is a nice resort with a great location, beautiful outdoor areas, and good common spaces, but the hotel would benefit from refurbishment and updated room facilities to match its potential.

The main thing for us is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. On our second visit they upgraded our room and were always helpful. Also full value on Happy Hour, lots of variety at breakfast, and a relaxing environment throughout the hotel.

My room was very noisy. The hall ways were quite dirty. Most of the building needs a facelift. The beach and location were the best parts of my stay here.

Terrific amenities such as swimming pool, restaurants, gym, garden, lobby, etc. Room is so clean and spotless, just tge carpet need remodeling. and the accessibilty to the beach, shopping, walking strips, etc is within walking. Outstanding hotel, I would go back in a heartbeat.
