The receptionist was super friendly when I checked in. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in the heart of Pratunam, very strategic and there was 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel.

Initially I got the room at the end, maybe because I checked in too late and the next day I immediately asked to change rooms. And what happened really amazed me. Without having to argue, the hotel immediately approved my request to change rooms. The service was very good and friendly.

The hotel is a new building. It's well-maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, this hotel strictly limits the number of guests. A room can only accommodate two people. Even small children without separate beds have to pay extra.
