Big and nice hotel, near Erawan Shrine and roughly 10 minutes walk to Central World and 15 minutes walk to Siam Paragon. We got free upgrade to suite as we're on honeymoon trip. No stall or 7-11 nearby but can be purchased in Big C and Central World itself.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff were very attentive. The facilities were excellent. Our room was beautiful and very well equipped with lovely city views. We were within walking distance to CentralWorld Mall, Lumphini Park and Akara Sky Hanuman.

Breakfast was fine with good coffee and the staff are polite But the checking process was terrible and for business trip travellers, likely this will be my last time We reached 12+ and understandably, the room was not ready till 2pm which is fine But what makes me upset was when we (including my colleagues) went back to collect room card, we have to wait at the queue for almost 20 minutes- due to one India lady complaining about service and I approached the hotel manager, she told us we have to wait and nothing much can be done. My suggestion- please keep all room card at the priority desk for easy retrieval since we had already been processed at the earlier time, like the rest. Thanks

Solo traveler. Stayed for one week in a 1 bedroom suite. Room was very nice and spacious. Very nice to have a washer/dryer in the room. Excellent fitness facility. The pool is large and beautiful. Staff very professional and friendly. Buffet breakfast was just okay. Food was sometimes not hot. Both American and Thai selection is nice. The hotel is in a nice quieter street with 7/11 right next to it. A lot of things to do and see within walking distance. I walked everywhere I went. Went to Lumphini Park, MBK Mall, World Cwnter Mall, Paragon Siam Mall. Walked to Nana Plaza area wbich is where I am going to next hotel. I highly recommend Gran Centre. But if you’re looking for street bars and restaurants and a lot of street food. I think Nana is more suited.

We had a really enjoyable stay at GCPR. The room size was impressive- easily the most comfortable and spacious we experienced during our entire Thailand trip. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus and made things incredibly convenient, especially after travelling around. The facilities were solid as well. We enjoyed the pool and games room. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, which always sets a good tone. The location worked well for us too. It was within walking distance of shops, and having a 7-Eleven right next door was handy. The only downside was the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand, the selection felt a bit underwhelming and didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with just a small area for improvement.
