My stay at the InterContinental was disappointing from start to finish. The experience felt very basic, and customer service was lacking throughout. The staff seemed more focused on collecting the room rate than making sure guests had an enjoyable stay.
The hotel itself was not well designed — the layout felt cold and uninviting, with none of the luxury or comfort expected from a five-star property. Overall, it didn’t live up to the InterContinental name or the price point.
I hope management seriously reconsiders both the service standards and the overall guest experience.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly.
The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room.
We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very walkable with lot if spas, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
